She was very unpleasant, short tempered, and absolutely pissed off to have anyone shopping in this Ollie's Outlet. Of course, I love Ollie's so I'll bear through it. Another time, I was ringed up incorrectly and when I pointed out that my discounts never came off, a different lady showed me a lot of attitude in trying to fix it. There are some sweet folks who work here - I'm not saying all of them are bad. But recently I've really been noticing how negative the work environment has become there. Some of the employees really need to show up to work and just have a good attitude. Some are fine. Either way I love this Ollie's and I'll come back, but it has been pretty bad on that end recently. Love it so much ... I went back to buy a beautiful Signature Desk. Had to wait for that too. Was inconvenient, but when that large and heavy Desk arrived and was handled with such care by their Movers, unwrapped gently, and placed meticulously where I asked... I couldn't be happier. Pam was my Sales Lady and was fluid with communication and updates, always open to Texts, Calls or Emails with questions or inquiries on the status of my orders. She worked with me and my budget, timed the Sales and genuinely cared about me and my satisfaction. She still keeps me apprised of any Sales going on. A wonderful Product and Integrity to back it. As an alternative solution the tech offered to paint the existing legs out on my driveway. On 4/14 Customer Relations (CR) said a mgr would call me. No Call! On 4/15 I was told the store mgr would call me. No Call! It's nearing one year since the problem began and I continue to get first line of defense reps apologizing and assuring resolution, which included a voicemail on 4/14 saying it's being worked on. I now ask that a person with authority confirm in writing that an expedited order has been placed for ALL legs in the correct color along with a delivery date. In addition I also ask Baers to provide some level of compensation for my time, inconvenience and frustration in the form of either a discount to current order or a credit toward future purchase. SIMPLISTICALLY, this all could have been avoided 10 months ago. I'm hoping for an expedient resolution
