I used this company for about a year, and unfortunately, I would not recommend them based on my experience. They are good at sales, but the actual lawn care results were very disappointing. For the second year in a row, my lawn is brown. I even paid more this year for additional services I did not have before, but the lawn actually looks worse. I pay them for disease control and basically everything they offer, yet the lawn still has the same issues. They keep saying it is due to the soil, but other people have told me it looks like disease. One person on their team even said it looked like disease again, but still offered no real solution. Then the office said it was not disease, but again, they did not come out, do anything meaningful, or offer a real plan to fix it. Another company I called said they were confident the issue was disease. They also said that if disease control had been done, the company should have offered to treat it or at least come out and inspect it. That made me question whether the disease control was actually working, or whether it was handled properly. To be honest, my lawn looked better before I started using them. They are expensive, and since using them, my lawn looks worse than ever. The biggest issue is that when I asked about the problem, they never really came out to inspect it and find the actual cause. It also takes days to get a response on anything, and when they do respond, it is usually just the same repeated explanation with no real solution. No one seems to take ownership, offer help, or try to actually fix the problem. When I called to cancel, they did not offer to come look at the lawn, fix anything, or make it right. The response was basically, "Ahh man, I'm sorry. I know we did our best, but I truly wish you luck." All of my neighbors' lawns look great, and they use other companies. After a pretty rough summer and the heat absolutely torching my grass, I reached out to several landscaping companies about fall/winter germination programs that would set me up for a nice green lawn next year. After a bit of back and forth and estimates, plus scoping reviews, I ended up going with Pure Turf, and so far, I am happy with that decision. I ended up signing for the next year which includes the initial fertilization and seeding, weed control and maintenance once spring comes back around. The process has been solid and easy. The team is responsive and quick to respond when needed. I communicate with them via text and they are always timely in response, while also ensuring to answer any questions I may have, etc... Since the initial seeding, I have reached back out to have a few patchy areas reseeded. They came out without delay, walked me through what to do next and how to monitor progress before the freeze of winter hits. From start to now, I have seen a great improvement in my lawn. Still have a few areas to focus on, but I am hopeful that next year I will have the lawn I am hoping (and paying) for! Saw a few yards in my neighborhood start looking INCREDIBLE. I asked some of the other dads what they did to make their yard look like Augusta National. They told me Pure Turf hooked them up! I called a representative (Stewart I think) who talked me through the whole process. Very nice and very responsive. I couldn't imagine a better customer service experience. We recently switched lawn services to Pure Turf after some problems with the last one. Stuart from Pure Turf has been very responsive and professional: quick texts back and quick follow-up visits in person. We were recently thinking about an irrigation system (something Pure Turf isn't in the business of doing), and Stuart gave some good advice and some recommendations about installers. It turns out his recommendations were spot on about installation and installers. Stuart even coordinated with the installer so that Stuart, not the irrigation system installer, arrived the day after installation of the irrigation system to put down Pure Turf's grass seed at no extra charge where the irrigation company had needed to tear up the lawn. Other lawn treatments by Pure Turf have seemed thorough. I will write another review after a year or so to update on long term progress, but Stuart and Pure Turf have been excellent so far. read more

We had our lawn installed by the home builder in early 2022. To say it was a disaster would be putting it mildly. Ronnie from Pure Turf LLC came by and within eight months this is the best looking lawn in the entire subdivision. They first began by aerating, both front and rear yards. He did several fertilizer applications and made recommendations regarding ongoing care of our property. He is a real professional, something that is very very hard to find these days. He takes pride in his work and cares about the outcome. I would never let anybody else get anywhere near our property when it comes to lawn care. Five stars for Ronnie! read more
