As someone who was getting their tv mounted for the first time he talked through all the decisions of height, tilt, and how to minimize wall damage in our rental with me and gave me his expert recommendations given the layout of our room. He also went above and beyond for wire concealment and mounted our AT&T and roku boxes and power strip to the back of our tv to ensure the mounting was sleek and most importantly safe with all cords out of reach for our baby! First, they couldn't understand that I wanted to cancel a repair visit by the tech and repeated said they would cancel the service - how many times in ONE CONVERSATION do you have to explain it? Then they connect you to the service department, who after 7 minutes of nonsense says OK they have canceled the request for repair. Then the next day at 9 AM sharp the tech shows up (TWO DAYS EARLIER than he would have been supposed to, had the visit not been canceled). The customer service is completely worthless and dangerously inept. Oh and now my billing "pay by" date has mysteriously been moved up by a half a month.

I had to have a technician come by to check my equipment since I've been having slow speed issues. My window to wait was from 3-4pm. I got a call around 4pm that my technician would be late with an updated ETA of 4:30pm. The link to the live map stopped working at 4:45pm. My technician didn't arrive until 5:15pm. It took the technician an hour to solve the problem.

We were reluctant to turn on internet at our temporary apartment, but ended up needing to since we had a month until we could get into our new house. We came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2-3pm. You check in up front and then sit down and wait. We were fifteenth in line, but it did move faster than expected. Seating is very limited. While we waited we watched an altercation between an employee and a customer with unruly children that ended with the cops being called. So I would have given three stars, BUT my husband spent about 60 minutes on the phone with Spectrum after we got home because the service was not properly activated.
