We went there after removing the axel hoping they could order one that would fit our year golf cart. They found a used one they had on hand and gave us a very reasonable price. We also ended up buying four new tires and wheels while we are there. This is a great local business and they were very helpful even giving me tips and advice on how to install the new axel with all the existing parts from the old axel.

Our country club required us to change the plastic and the tops on our carts. I heard from Joey on January 30th about picking it up 2/3/26. On 2/2, I got a text saying the parts aren't in yet, but will be in a few days. I hear nothing. I reached out on 2/16 and got no response. I reach out again a few days later, and they respond that they will pick up my cart "next week". I never hear from them, and they don't return my calls. I called in April, and they told me they had never heard of me and that I was not on the list. I finally get a hold of them, and the cart is finished in early June. They said it would take 3 days, but they kept it for two weeks, right in prime golf season, when I need the cart. They charge me 18.99 for decals which I have to pay before it is delivered and the decals which is our member number is not on the cart. Lastly, they didn't reattach my sand holders or ball washer but put them in the basket for me to do myself. I do not recommend Clear Creek.

I took my golf cart to them in late June for a tune up, it was returned to me a week later in far worse condition than when it was dropped off. I went back to express my frustration and was told "we'll make this right". Three weeks (and two visits and two phone calls later) the cart was returned and nothing had been fixed. I've now made an appointment with another dealer to have it repaired in another city. Prior to the tune up, there was nothing wrong with the golf cart. Post tune up it's unreliable and dangerous. Worst customer service ever.
