The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! (And for making it out there alive!)

I'm not sure, since the repairs were very costly, but I think the repair quality was 5 stars. They did a break job and after picked up the car, the air conditioner went out, so they did that repair also a few weeks later. The break repair costs were about what I expected, but the air conditioning repair was about double what I expected (me, with zero automotive repair experience). Both repairs seem to be quality repairs, and the owner, David, talked me through them before I gave the go-ahead. I'm giving 5 stars because I think they did a good job. I'm not completely sure I understand why the air conditioner gave out right after they fixed the breaks, and I'm going to go with "complete coincidence" for that one, but it was a very expensive fix. All in all, I would continue to take my cars here for repairs. Thank you Carsmart and David.

I was recommended Philo's Body Shop from my father because they go wayyyyy back and knew I could…read morecount on him! I called and made an appointment with Philo (who is the owner!) After a few days later, when I arrived to the shop for my appointment, we talked about my car and I even informed Philo that I had went to another shop (gates... lol) and they quoted me almost $3k to fix my passenger car door. Which, by the way, my passenger side door would not open at all nor would the window go all the way down without making noise. Philo stepped outside and took a look at my car, analyzed it carefully and said, "Yup. I can fix it! And for a better price!" Sure liked the sound of that!! We went back inside and he searched up car parts for my car and gave me an estimated price. However, he said he would do some more searching and send me an accurate estimate through email. Philo took my information and I went on my way. Later that night, he called me and gave me the actual estimated amount and I said, "Let's do it!" (By the way, ALOT cheaper than Gates!!) We set up an appointment, where I'd practically be carless and he sent me the quote through email. I went to Philo's shop the following day and gave him half the deposit! A week later, I took my car to the shop. 3 and a half days later, my car was ready for pick up. (P.s. I was so excited!) When I arrived, he explained to me what they did to my car and how they even cleaned it as well! (I appreciated that so much!) He handed me my keys, I gave him the other half of the money and went on about my business. I opened my passenger car door and had such a relief that I could finally open the door again. It almost looks brand new! They did an absolute great job!! I absolutely loved how Philo was very knowledgeable, caring, and always replied to me in a timely manner when I had questions!
