Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. I eventually made it "in the books" twice, however, he no-showed both times and did not respond to text or call (I could see that he read my texts day of). The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work? Anyways, proceed caution and low expectations. I ended up going with a different tree service who were easy to work with and great communicators.

He came and gave a bid. HE WAS NOT the cheapest but seemed as if he would be able to do what was needed in a timely manner. He came to give us the bid right away... during a time that many would not even return a phone call. We wanted the trees cut down and the wood removed, completely. Also removal of the stumps . This he did do, and the stump work was very good. Better than most I have seen from others. (Our neighbors were left with roots in their yard from the people who did their trees this summer) All in all we are very, very pleased. There was only one small hiccup in part of the wood being removed. But this was not Ken's fault. Another tree service had wanted of the large trunk pieces and I could not get that company to come and get them. Ken also tried, but to no avail as this other company must be very busy as well.... so Ken did come and cut them into smaller pieces and take them away. We could not be more pleased with the end result... And will recommend him highly.

A hug tree fell onto the addition, overlapping the length of the entire mobile home. Tree measured 36 inches diameter toward the bottom. Measurement further up was 24 inches. A tree branch came into the kitchen roof. Charles and his crew removed the tree using their crane. Very little further damage was caused to the structure during the removal. They gave us a fair bid for the job and then completed it on schedule. They needed to go onto our neighbors' property to get the job done safely, and they did an excellent job communicating with the neighbors. They came back several weeks later to grind out the stumps. Another tree service said they couldn't get their stump grinder down our narrow driveway to the backyard. But Carl's had no problem, and they left the yard in great shape with the giant stumps all gone. They had to take down the fence and put it back up again, and they took care with that, leaving the fence in great shape.

Andy and his team at 4 Seasons have been taking care of our landscape for many years. The gardens…read morenot only look great, but the accumulated mulch has made the garden soil a good place to grow flowers. This is amazing as we once had a heavy clay base. They take care of maintaining the trees and bushes, keeping them beautifully trimmed and advising us of any issues. The team has planted new trees and made sure they got a good start. Besides removing leaves in the fall, they have also helped with water issues from heavy Spring rains. They have installed fencing around the perimeter of the yard and have maintained it. 4 Seasons is a great landscaping company and Andy is a pleasure to work with.
