I finally decided it was time (after many years) to cancel the paper. I called in January, February and March in an attempt to cancel. I called over a dozen times, only to have the paper continue to be delivered over my cancellation. Now they are telling me I owe for all the deliveries I did not want. The News Herald has become a bad bad company. I suggest anyone thinking about starting a subscription to think again. They do not know the meaning of customer service.

They walked me through the process of submitting my docs online and promised to have the work done the next day for pick-up. I dealt with one representative the entire time, which made things way easier for me. I only had to explain what I wanted once and that equals priceless-ness. The only things I wish I could change would be: - the distance from my home. It's a bit of a hike from Ohio City, which kind of stinks. - price. It's premium, but then again they are super fast. - Better proof readers. Can you please have someone look over the files to make sure there are no misspellings or errors? They actually printed my order with an error which I had to pay more to get reprinted at Kinkos, who also gauged me for tons of money.
