The place is very clean, which I think is a plus. Some of the spa places might be a bit ghetto looking, definitely not this one. The staff were very friendly and professional. The staff start off checking my scalp with the machine. Then my massager lead me to the room to prep for session. I believe my massager is Amy. She was really good with my massage. She definitely target my tensed shoulders and trying to break the knots. I really enjoyed that massage. After my 1hr massage, I was asked to sit up while she quickly transform the massage bed to a head spa bed. I thought that was pretty cool because I don't have to get out of the bed and wrap myself around and walk from room to room. The head spa was a little different than my other experience. I believe because Mulan head spa actually use Chinese herbal tea to soak your hair and scalp. I end up falling asleep in and out during my head spa. I'm not sure if it's the Chinese herbal tea or their hair product they use, but after that head spa, my hair feels silky smooth for days! And way less hair knots I get. I do highly recommend trying this place out, especially for their massage. Surely ask for their membership or group packages to get a better deal for your spa.

I've noticed that the best people always come from Novalash (Viva La Lashes - check), don't start sessions by telling you how terrible your last place was (Viva La Lashes - check), and start with the novel idea of asking you what you'd like (Viva La Lashes - check). Besides that, I've always been SO HAPPY with how I look when I come out. My lashes are full, not unnaturally long, and they're done quickly. Rachel (the owner) is awesome. She does beautiful work, is fast, and is really nice. Jenn is also incredible! She really works hard to make sure that every lash is touched up and they look full and beautiful. I worked with her for months and EVERY TIME I went in she double checked to make sure that I wanted the same look I got last time. I've been traveling for the past few months and miss her a ton!
