She was so friendly and welcoming right from the start! Prior to my appointment, she made sure to clearly explain the process and she gave me an important list of things to do pre-appointment (no coffee ya'll) and during the healing stage. Her knowledge and professionalism put my mind at ease and I knew my eyebrows were in great hands. Needless to say, my once nonexistent brows are now BEAUTIFUL! My experience was terrific! First, I had to reschedule my appointment, which was not an issue. Upon arrival, Pinkal was nice and polite when greeting me-I felt very comfortable. I asked for my lip, chin and the blonde peach fuzz to be removed from my face. Let me tell you, I have sensitive skin and this was the FIRST time I've ever left a threading salon without any redness, rashes or signs of being threaded! Pinkal was so gentle throughout the entire process, and she made sure to ask me if anything hurt! (She also made sure to close the blinds when she realized the sun was gleaming in on my face, which showed how considerate she is of her clients.) Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

This item was $30+ so we brought it back to Ulta for a replacement. The girl at the counter was very condescending and said that since it was purchased more than 60 days ago they won't exchange it. I asked for the manager who was just as rude and refused to exchange the item. I would totally understand if the item was half used, but this was a FULL bottle of expensive hair product. The manager even opened the bottle and tried to pump it and said "yep, it's broken". He could see that it was full but wouldn't do anything. CVS has no issues taking product back, Rite Aid, Sephora, but Ulta won't EXCHANGE an item that was sold to us broken? Because of this I will not give them my business.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and were immediately rushed to pick our polish and to our seats. One of my daughters was told she could not have a spa pedi despite our reservations because the nail tech had another appointment. We didn't complain we just accepted it and moved on. Our appointment was on a Sunday and the following Saturday we were leaving for vacation. After just four days one of my toes lost the polish, not a chip, the entire toe. We are now 3 days into our vacation, 10 days since my pedicure and I have only one toe on my left foot that is holding the gel polish. Since it's gel, I cannot remove the remaining polish and do not have easy access to a salon where I am in Mexico and all of my shoes are some sort of open toe sandal. It looks ridiculous! I would not recommend this salon as they clearly prioritize quantity over quality.
