my daughter purchased a Dinning room table for this store and the chairs were sunken in and the table was chipped up when we got it, and they said they was going to order another and its been 2 years or 3 and they told her they was not going to deliver it to my home because of covid. after covid she still never got it. please be aware for what you are buying from this store. she paid 1200 for it and its not even worth it. the old saying you pay for what you get is so true. buy cheap get cheap. the 1st one we had to get it off the truck and take it in the house ourselfs. and it was so heavy i had to get 3 grown men to bring it in... read more

picked my furniture out, got it all delivered was nice no issues there at first. since then with minimal normal sitting the recliner and the couch breaks literally every week, I have to call and do a warranty. takes about a month for them to get it done then what do ya know next week it breaks again. I went in and applied for credit and was denied because I have not lived here long enough. So if you have lived in Madison longer than six months you would be OK but for anybody that is just moving in and needs furniture I would not suggest to going to this place because they will deny you and I have very very good credit. I had a wonderful experience with TNT Super Home Store in Madison, Alabama. Patty was friendly, assistive and not overbearing. She let me take my time to browse and then she immediately shifted into gear when I needed help. I don't know why people would go to the big "A" store when she has the exact same items for a much more reasonable price. And she gave me a much better price than similar stores. read more

Excellent customer service when I walked through the door. Patty greeted with me a "hello" and asked if she could assist. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the merchandise on the floor. Patty was assisting another couple before I arrived and said she will return after she serviced them. I continued to look on the floor display until she was finished. We went to the office; she made sure the merchandise I wanted was in stock and to see if there were additional discounts that were not revealed on the sale item. Now awaiting the delivery of my merchandise. The store had a lot of great items and they were in the process of rearranging the floor. A great experience. read more

Please search around prior to purchasing bedding from these people. We thought they were a decent place because we'd previously purchased four chairs (actually overstock Cracker Barrel chairs). They should not be selling mattresses. My husband was traveling a lot for military and we needed a mattress. When he returned we ran up there, due to them seemingly being decent folks. Their mattress "guarantee" was not upheld. The mattress sank within two months. Travis was rude after we wanted another mattress or a refund...rude to me and my husband, until my husband showed up wearing a military uniform...then, it's thank you for your service BS. Come on, man, honor your product. He wanted to charge us to come "INSPECT" the mattress. Then, there would be a fee for hauling it off. Really???? If I had time to picket I would! read more

I gave this place a 1 star ONLY because I had to!!! We ordered furniture the first of March and just received the living room suite a week ago and are still waiting ever so patiently for our mattress so that we can all stay under the same roof!! They have lied numerous times and have said that our stuff would be on this truck and on that truck but yet we still had to rent a UHaul and go pick up our own living room suite and bedroom suite (minus the mattress)!! I highly recommend that people steer clear of this place, save your sanity and go somewhere else!! read more

These people are the lowest of the low. Don't make the same mistake I did. I bought a sofa a little over 2 years ago. At the time I purchased a warrenty from the store. The cushions are falling apart and they claim they have no proof of me buying from them. Goodthing I have a receipt. Except they won't honor it. Two months of a run around and lies. All the ladies there could not be nicer or more customer satisfaction oriented. I ordered a bedroom set and mattress set. The set I ordered was supposed to be gray. I pre-paid for everything and waited for it to arrive. Today TNT called said everything was in and I made delivery arrangements for this afternoon. Delivery guys show up on time and are very nice and professional. To our surprise when I started to open the boxes I noticed that the furniture was not gray but oak. My wife called spoke and the store manager happened to answer the phone. She explained that the set delivered was the wrong color. His answer was to send it all back and he will refund our money. My wife explained we don't want our money back just the correct color. He refused to order us new set in the correct color so we said we will keep the mattress set and frame please just refund the furniture balance. He said no return everything. The good and the bad of this deal is: We got our money back ( as long as his check clears the bank) that's the good the bad is there is absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction or service within him. All we wanted was the correct color we paid for. I guess as long as you buy what they have currently in Stock your ok if ordering buy with caution. read more

I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. I purchased a sofa from them months ago and apparently it has been on back order due to corona which is fine and dandy however not once have they called to update me on the status of my order each time it gets pushed back and when I call them I get attitude and horrible, awful, atrocious customer service. I have been trying to cancel my order now for the past 3 weeks and as soon as I've said I want it to be canceled all of a sudden nobody will respond to my questions, return my phone calls or emails. I keep calling to find out what is going on and am being given various email addresses to send questions to without getting any answers back. They are just giving me the run around and I am sure this will likely lead to them not returning my money. I will be contacting the BBB soon if they continue to blow me off and not return the money I spent on a sofa I'll never get. I will never do business with this company again and I hope that by writing this and posting it a few places that I've at least saved someone else some trouble. Horrible company. read more

I ordered an Ashley table set and paid the fraction of the cost that it would of been almost twice the cost from the Ashley store. Later on about 2 weeks later my husband saw a couch there that he wanted and the owner made a great deal on the couch with him with delivery. So far we had not had any issues and prices are more than fair. Thank you for the great customer service and products. read more
