Review 1 -- Personal & Strong…read more 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I would give ABC Towing zero stars if Google allowed it. I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.

He ONLY tightened the hose on my car and my friend told him it was still leaking!!! He assured me that he would come back the next day and fix the a/c. He charged me $200 just to tighten some hose... he didn't have to replace the radiator, he didn't add any fluids, he took out a part and put it right back!!! when I kept texting and calling he said he's coming the next day. The next day I called and asked if he wasn't gonna finish the a/c can he send $50 back. He ignored the messages.. kept texting he basically replied and said the payment couldn't cover the a/c!! The shop told me they had been cross threaded prior to them. The story continued at your shop with more damage to her car. I am an ASE, GM certified tech of 50 years or better. I along with another tech do the repairs to her car. Nine months prior to your examination myself and my brother replaced the door hinge bushings that you claimed were bad. I had 5 months ago done a tune up, the other tech, Jody just had completed the front brakes, you had to have seen the new pads and rotors. This place is centrally located close to downtown Rockmart. The owner and employees are all friendly and competent and the prices are extremely realistic. Since they did my tire balance on my big truck tires so well I decided to go back for some other work on my other cars, and they've been great. I will come back to these guys for any work I feel like getting done, when I don't feel like doing it myself. They have a complete service department for just about all your needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, they will not gouge you.
