The price for everything is ridiculously expensive( as seen in the photo) but I did not get my car serviced here. They scammed me once but never again. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. He told me that if I did not pay the $95 diagnostic fee that I would not be driving home, that he would close all the shop doors with my car in it. My problem is I was never told about this fee. I called and said my engine light was on and was told to bring it in. I got the code from Autozone already for FREE. The only thing anyone asked me for was my contact information. Other than that I sat there and waited. The owner told me that he looked at my car for a freaking hour and the $95 is for his labor?! I didn't sign anything and there was no verbal communication. I should've called the police but I didn't want to make matters worse. read more

They are expensive but it's for good value, you don't want anything cheap for your car. You want things to last as long as it can because in the long run it'll be better for your car. They do a diagnostic (about $90 - $100) on your car and they'll tell you what's wrong with it. It was a great experience, very nice and very good customer service. Definitely would recommend and they get the job done! They have a waiting area with coffee and great shows! They do charge for shipping cost, labor, and the parts for your car. I don't expect any major repairs to be cheap, doesn't matter what shop you go to. I just wish they would've told me about the extra fees ahead of time. read more

I came to this place because I needed an oil change, and they had a deal going on yelp. Well they were hesitant about accepting the offer but said I could pay the difference from a 49.99 oil change, which would be 15bucks plus tax. Well they failed to mention, either in the deal, verbally and it wasn't posted that there would be an upcharge if you need a "special" oil filter and if you take more than 5 quarts, as my vehicle uses 6. Needless to say I was charged 30extra bucks and he was hesitant to give me his managers number, which is the shop number. If you want integrity, quality or value, go somewhere else. If you like overly expensive service come here by all means. read more

I went here for an oil change. They changed my oil in like 10 minutes. I didn't even have to leave my car. I liked that. The price seemed reasonable, and they were friendly. Unlike other places, they didn't try to upsell anything. They just changed my oil and let me go. No hassles, in and out. For quick oil changes, I'll come here next time. I live right around the corner from this place, and really wish I had given them a try sooner! I bumped in to them while calling around trying to find a better price on my over-priced oil than what the dealership was charging (didn't realize when I bought the car that oil changes would be so costly), this place was significantly less expensive so I gave it a try. The customer service was amazing, I've gone twice and was in and out quickly. They also rotated my tires at a very reasonable price. They are very friendly and accommodating, both the owner and the young man who works for him were extremely professional. I sat outside while I waited (rather than in my car), and they kept me informed and ensured I knew that they left the door unlocked so I could return to my car anytime. Also, there was no pressure or up-selling for things I didn't need- a huge bonus. While I was there another customer was singing their praises, he said he has gone there for years and they have taken great care of his cars. They checked the battery and forgot to tighten the cable. The same night the car went dead. Someone with a flash light helped me to locate the problem and tighten the bold. I barely escaped an accident. They did not even apologize when I mentioned the incident to them. I could not find this business listed in the local Better Business Bureau. However, the Department of Law of Georgia Consumer Protection Unit can investigate this firm. read more

I was very impressed by the work that was done on the company's fifteen passenger commercial van. Therefore I decided to take my SUV there for repairs. I must say the entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I had my car towed there due to overheating. They installed a new thermostat at a high price. I did not get out of their parking lot before I found service engine light on, issue with transmission and was told I needed a speed sensor, but it would not hurt to drive it. By the end of the day, it overheated and I learned that one of the fans was not hooked up. Somehow, I can't give them a good review. read more

Found out they are under new management , called Monday to ask if they could look at my truck, person on phone made arrangements for me to drop off an hour before they opened, was able to be taken to work and picked up. I was called and advised of issues given estimate picked up on time, when presented with bill was a little lower than expected. 12 months/12000 miles warranty for any service. Ask for Patrick, the new owner. They do oil changes, major engine work , emissions, U-haul on site and a car wash, and detailers contracted. It right next to Silver Comet Trail. If I could give them a zero I would. Took my van there because my back brakes almost went out. They told me I needed front and back brakes changed, that I knew. Also told me I needed brand new rotors because mine were shot. I may be female but I'm not stupid. So I just had them change my back brakes which was over $200!!! Took my van to my hometown mechanic, nothing wrong with my rotors, changed my front brakes and turned my rotors for less than $100....we have also took 2 work vans there. Got charged over $1000 on both times. We've had to take 1 van back several times for it not being fixed. Its still not fixed but we didn't take it back there even though its still under warranty. Scammers trying to make a killing off people. When Brad was there it wasn't like this. This place has gone to hell since the new owners took over!!! read more
