AAA agent basically told us to leave the trailer behind until 72 hours later or make our own arrangement. After calling and leaving a message for one towing company recommended by AAA with no call back, we found TNT Transport & Towing on google search. Jose answered our call immediately. They were busy with other jobs but Jose kept us updated on ETA as the night progressed. He and his father were very personable and friendly. I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.
