Since we are not using a videographer, the pictures were the one thing we wanted to splurge on. After researching and meeting with several photographers, I knew these two were "the one" after the first 15 minutes of meeting them. I can't remember exactly how I stumbled upon them (I think they were featured on Style Me Pretty), but it was their style and perspective that first caught my attention. I didn't want the typical cheesy posed type of pictures (you know what I'm talking about). Their style is different, artsy, and they incorporate leading lines and cool lighting. We shot our engagement pics at a nearby park and my cheeks were hurting by the end from smiling and laughing so much. They were also great with our dog Lady (they have an adorable Aussie named Blossom - her and Lady are probably kindred spirits). When you're up against the clock, and you don't have a lot of time to be indecisive .. they can help you make sound decisions, as they are experts at their craft. Our hotel venue could not let us know where we could have a moment for the first look, but they scouted out the best spot right away. -great communication.
