I take the marc every day to school and it really beats driving to DC and suffering through traffic on the beltway. It runs every hour and it's usually on time. I've had a few horror story situations like one time where a power line fell and I was on the train for 4 hours and my computer died and another time where I was bringing Shake Shack back from DC to my boyfriend for lunch and then there was some police incident and I was trapped in between West Baltimore and Penn Station for 30 minutes and then my boyfriend had to go to work before he could have his burger. They have a policy of not letting you out so you can walk or get a ride... In the winter, I recommend taking the train earlier than the one you think you'll need. The trains get delayed and the snow really messes everything up. They usually have trains that make extra stops during snow days, which is good. Also, now they have weekend service, which is awesome! It's not as frequent but it'll still get you to DC. The train conductors I've encountered have all been really courteous and friendly. They also don't put up with nonsense and I've seen them kick people off the train for not having tickets and they see right through all the crazy stories people tell about why they suddenly realized they don't have a ticket. One time, a man across the aisle from me was so drunk (I guess it was Friday and he was just so happy for his weekend?) that he couldn't even sit up. The train conductor made sure that the man wasn't driving home and forced him to call his wife to come give him a ride. It makes me feel safer that the conductors are looking out!

The colors are confusing, with some being free Charm City Circulator rides and others being normal…read morepay buses. They also seem to have both green and lime green as colors if it weren't already confusing enough. And the buses are NOT color coded to their names. We saw a purple heading in the opposite direction​ while we made our way to the parallel bus stop, and waited. And waited, finally a for pay bus came and took everyone else waiting around us away. Google map did nothing as it wasn't showing us anything about the purple we were looking for after we got to the bus stop. Transit kept telling me the bus was coming soon, but I don't think it really knew where I was. We ended up walking to the hotel. I finally took a look at Passio GO! after we gave up on the free bus and decided we'd take a pay bus to Penn Station for our trip home. It took a while to load up, which concerned me since it was completely blank at first, but it might be the best of the lot. For the ride to Penn, we actually waited for the purple that seemed to be on the way according to Passio GO!, but got on the silver only because it came by first. Yup, we never did end up taking any of the Circulator buses on this trip to Baltimore.

It's a great way to get around Baltimore. On some lines the busses are more frequent than on others. I have never used the MTA's mobility services because I have my own car and I'm in good health…read more My problem with the mobility services is the MTA hub that opened in my neighborhood about 2 years ago. I live in an area surrounded by industry. There are warehouses to all sides of my residence, except for the 20 or so row homes that are on my block. So, that said, as soon as the MTA hub opened, all their employees began taking up most of the parking in the area, making it inconvenient for residents to leave for fear of not having a parking spot when they returned home. This is inconvenient, but not the main reason for this review. The MTA mobility employees are inconsiderate, NOISY jerks. The mobility service is 24/7, thus the MTA employees arrive at all hours. Plenty of them arrive in their cars before 5am, and not only ARRIVE playing loud music, but continue to sit in their cars BUMPING said loud music until their shift starts. I don't know about y'all, but I don't appreciate being roused from sleep because of this. These employees lack common consideration for the residents of this neighborhood and I bet they wouldn't like a nuisance like that near their homes. One fool actually walks down the street at around 4:45am, blaring music from a boom box. First off, what is this, 1988? Get out of here, Radio Raheem! Second, what reasonable person thinks it's ok to walk around playing loud music before most folks rise for the day? WHO DOES THAT? Who doesn't have headphones in almost 2024??? Other times, employees get off shift and stand about outside, screeching and kiki-ing loudly. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it interrupts the peace I'm trying to have in my home. One may also wonder how I know it's the MTA employees, since there are other businesses around here. Well, these GENIUSES are walking around in the MTA required safety vests. So, not only inconsiderate, but not bright. I've on occasion personally approached these employees and asked them to stop. This morning I poked my head out my window before 5am to catch the attention of the dude with the boombox (he looked at me like I'm the crazy one). But I'm over that. I'm about to review this hub on every platform I can AND I'll be filing a complaint on their website. Like, I appreciate the public service, but they aren't doing right by the neighborhood in which they've settled. Do better.

As I did so. The first day walking into the class Shannon White was there. It was 17 classmates inside of the class in four was improperly dressed sent home. I spoke up and was discriminated was problem number I proceeded to continue with the class without any interruptions Shannon White continue to disrespect me. I supervisor, my Aja from my city and I made her aware of what was happening. I pleaded with Aja to figure out what was going on and why was I being harassed? By Mr. Shannon, White Aja then proceeded to say that she will check it out get the information that she needed to receive. She asked me to write a statement and a process of me writing a statement. She says she will call his boss. mr. Mr. Shannon came into the classroom and proceeded to be nasty. He made everybody in the classroom aware that he was the boss he could do whatever he and he could whoever he wanted out of the classroom, but never to say anything to Mr. Shannon White about his harassment or his continuing engagement on disrespecting me and calling me out my name and as if it was a joke then I was retaliated against stated that I was bullying. Someone who number is in my phone and I talk to you every day class for a reason for them to terminate me from my position. I have been trying to find ways to contact someone to get a fair outlook on the situation, but I was pushed back to the back door and told to get out and it was nothing Aja I it anyway that I could contact MV and talk to somebody about me being harassed by and lied on by the people to be in charge with integrity, but I wasn't. It goes from Owings Mills through Pikesville, NW Baltimore, Downtown, and Hopkins hospital. There is little to no cell reception underground unlike DC or even NYC now. More lines would be nice but the CityLink busses are quite good and frequent as are the Charm City circulators. The light rail is decent as well and it is too bad the subway does not connect to any MARC or Amtrak stations.
