Left while it was raining- windshield wipers wouldn't work, bald tires, the car shook when you went over the 70, and the head lights blinked on and off while driving. First time I called enterprise customer service, I was told that I could easily switch the car at the Orlando airport- after multiple trips- they didn't have any thing available in the size I needed. It was not easy! Ultimately- left the car in Orlando and had to rent from Avis to get my family back to Maryland. Customer service at the airport was awful. I called the manager at this location to tell him to the issues and he offered a free upgrade on my next rental (as if I would ever return). This was a nightmare, DO NOT rent from Enterprise!!

We waited about 5-7mins then walked to the back and a gentleman said give him a minute. Another 5 mins pass.. he comes out and checks us in. They had a wide selection of vehicles of the type I wanted in the Club aisle. One issue. The next day, I had a low tire pressure warning, so I assumed there was a leak. Called National Roadside Assistance. They were helpful but by then the closest open rental facility was in the airport. Went back to National BWI, who were expecting me and handled the switch out smoothly. Took my vehicle and got another one. Another minor issue. The next vehicle's display screen kept locking up when I tried to interface to Google Maps. Each vehicle was a nearly new Mitsubishi SUV. These are not really National's fault. Hope to rent from them again on my next trip!

There was only one person in front of me, my wait time was 5 minutes. I showed my ID and provided a credit card. The checkout process took less than 10 minutes. I walked into the garage where I was met by an employee who pointed me to a mini SUV. I was very happy with the car as it had less than 3,000 miles. It still had the new car smell and drove like a dream. Drop off was easy peasy. I got in line and someone came to take the keys and check in the car very quickly. Then I hopped on the free shuttle bus which took me to the terminal.

I am an avid Enterprise Rental Customer for years and I am appalled at how their responses and…read morecommunication has changed. It used to be you felt they were the best rental company it appears that they have now come in line with just being average. I made a reservation for a truck due to having to move some items rental was confirmed. They did call early that morning and advised they didn't have truck but would call around different locations and get one for me,I called back assured they was working on it.i called their customer service was advised different policies for each location as to if your rental would be available per your reservation. Ask to have district manager reach out day and half out no return call or follow up. So if you have important business and need a specific vehicle from Enterprise you may want to have a back up plan.

Highly recommend this location. I normally go to the Hanover (BWI) site but this was a much more personal experience and I'm really thankful to engage with such a great group of employees All day

After providing details on my experience Victor, the employee who was most helpful during our original rental, was able to provide the documentation we needed for our rental. Enterprise needs employees more like Victor. I still feel strongly that Enterprise needs to improve their vehicle documentation policy & procedure as the documentation provided to me was a work around due to Enterprise system limitations.
