Anytime I have to call them on the phone or when I see them at the clinic, they always welcome me with a warm greeting and genuine concern for what I need. When I'm out of my prescriptions and need a refill, I call on the phone and speak with Maria. Most doctors would have you come in to see you just to get that extra fee, even if you've just seen them recently. But less than a minute on the phone and 5 minutes later, my refills have been requested and sent to the pharmacy. Thank you to Dr. Narvasa, Maria and her wonderful staff for making me feel like family when visiting the clinic and making a call to request for refills. I know I've called more than my fair share for requests. Not only do I feel like I'm getting the best care, but I see that the doctor always keeps up to date on the latest medicine as she goes to conventions and seminars. If there's a new medicine out there that would be better for me, she'll definitely let me know. If you're looking for a new PCP, make sure to visit Dr. Narvasa!

She took her time with me and didn't miss anything, she also asked questions and gave me helpful medical information about my personal health. Last year, I had made an appointment for a specific vaccine. A few days before rhe appointment, their system asked me to confirm the appointment, and the next day they said they do not give that shot. The exact same thing happened today. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an important vaccine. Again, their system asked me to check-in, and today, 45 minutes before my appointment, they called me to tell me they were out of that vaccine, that they had used the last one. I've been.going there for years. I was satisfied, but now, it is obvious, there are having problems, and it's time for me to go somewhere else where they are more organized, better staffed, and where the main doctor is visible.
