We were very grateful for our handyman and his crew who were there assisting us and to witness this teams vulgar remarks about my mothers undergarments, amongst other innoproprient commentaries about certain art and furniture. Plus, they left a lot there at the old house that we had to go back and try our best to pick up ourselves. Which was VERY difficult. Our family is STILL finding items that were handled in the worst care possible. A multitude of thousands of dollars in damages, and they could only give us back $50, and yet we still haven't seen that $50 dollars yet. Broken furniture, heavy objects stacked on electronics, handpainted paintings that were stuffed with other heavy wall decor and paintings with little to no cushioning. Boxes that were marked with two syllables or less, if any at all. Completely shattered family heirlooms dating back from the 1920s and before from our church and blood relatives from both sides. Hand-made gifts from our loved ones who are no longer with us that can NEVER be replaced. We do not recommend this company at all to anyone.

My appt was at 10am, they showed exactly at 10am, took my old one out, put the new one in, advised me that the existing plumbing was backwards but was ok to install and use my new dishwasher.... They completed the install, cleaned up and was out all within an hour. They prefer clients who have no opinions, don't push back on anything they say, and don't question any of their billing processes which are shady and unclear. What they quote and promise and what they deliver are very different things. I was made big promises in the beginning, and was consistently let down and disappointed. We didn't work well together (mostly because I had my own opinions), which was fine, but at the end of the contract when I let them know I was disappointed and didn't wish to continue using their services I was called ungrateful and rude. I paid for a service and was unsatisfied, I have every right to walk away and the temper tantrum was unnecessary and unprofessional.
