My 20 year old gate opener finally gave up. I called several companies and Corey from Kustom Fence…read morewas the first to respond. They came out the next day to check and see what they were up against. He called to tell me that my mother board on the existing unit was out. He proceeded to give me options and what I like is that they didn't try to preasure me into a new unit. He simply gave me the prices for options and let me decide. My wife and I decided the best option was to replace the unit. I got several bids and did my best to compare apples to apples. While Kustom Fence was not the cheapest, I felt they really knew their stuff and would not only do a good job but still be around if anything came up. I'm happy to say I was right. (and who doesn't like being right!) we scheduled the install for Wednesday. The night before Corey called to let me know Derrick would be our tech and he would be out first thing. Just as he promised Derrick arrived early and immediately got to work. Once he was done he called me outside and reviewed what he had done and provided thorough directions on our new Liftmaster unit. Last year we interviewed several contractors for our privacy fence project and decided to go with…read moreW&D Fence. Guiellermo, the owner, is trustworthy, stands by his promises, and builds a really nice fence. Since it was a custom privacy fence with an electric dual gate, the project had its challenges. We used pictures of similar fences to frame what we wanted and then put our own touches to the design. It did take a few field adjustments during construction but his guys were on top of it and the overall finished project is outstanding. A big plus is that our neighbors seem to be happy with it and we have received many compliments on both the look and uniqueness. Something not to be overlooked , is that W&D has not hesitated to come back and make some minor gate adjustments, after the fence has settled it.
