Not only did they measure the beds, they drew up the plans and gave me the option to purchase the plants and I plant or have them do everything. I thought that was a great option. This was all in a time frame that was in my opinion realistic and manageable. Janie is great and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Multiple staff members have ignored me while standing around talking to each other, and when I finally asked for help, they seemed annoyed and uninterested. The staff in the greenhouse, in particular, were especially unwelcoming and would not even look up to say hello or ask if I needed assistance, even when I was standing just a few feet away. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone. I would gladly drive twice the distance to visit another nursery in the future.

There is ample parking out front. The shop is well organized even with having outdoor and several indoor retail areas. We easily found what we were looking for and then had a smooth checkout process. This company was hit hard by the multi-year 540 Expansion which shut down Johnson Pond Rd close to them affecting access to many customers South of their location. They remained open despite dramatically less business so they could help their customers and the local area.
