I'm not sure what ape they have back there cranking down the lugs to 400psi or what Nascar pitboy wanna-be who doesn't know how to start the lug with his hand, but they clearly don't care. Sure they'll pay to have it fixed, but Id rather not have to spend 1-3 days having work done on a vehicle every time I go in with a flat or rotation. Unprofessional, untrained. A copy paste reply isn't going to help, you had more than 3 chances to get the issue straightened out with your employees and management. I will not be back regardless. This is a bad business.

Decided to get another opinion and thankfully took it to Freyaldenhoven auto. Brought it in at 8am and by 10am had a quote to fix the issue for under $150 parts and labor. Car was fixed and back at my house that afternoon. I have 5 autos and 3 of them for teenagers, every time I've needed work done they've always taken care of me and I know it's for the right price. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

A week or so later, I'm back in there to get a second compressor because they overcharged it with freon and burned it up. It works again for about a week before it goes out again and I am so frustrated that I don't take it back to let them look at it until this year. Choosing to suffer through the heat wave of '23 with no ac simply because I didn't want to deal with the rude guys at the desk. I only returned this year at the urging of a coworker who agreed to come with me to attempt to get this sorted. They said that all the parts were lifetime warranty which was another reason I chose to go back. They found a leak in the system and replaced a valve as well as recharged the system. It worked. Until it started blowing hot again. So, today, the same coworker and I take my car back to get them to look at it. The guy who gives it a look this time accused me of taking it to another shop all because the condenser - that they put on in 2022 with the original compressor- doesn't appear on their records. I told him that I hadn't taken it to another shop but he wasn't believing me and essentially told me that my warranty was void. I will not be returning to this business. And I will warn everyone about this experience.

I had an exceptionally positive experience with Kenny, the owner and mechanic. Kenny seems to be very competent and was a good communicator while my vehicle was in his care. Admittedly, I'm no expert in automotive costs, so after receiving my bill for a replaced front axel I followed up with a man more in the know: he confirmed that I had indeed received a very fair price for the parts and labor. They looked over his car and determined what the problem was and that it needed repairs. Rather than try and make a few bucks off a college kid he told him that although it needed repairs it could wait until he got home. Didn't even charge him for checking over the car. My 2025 2500HD black truck, with less than 2,000 miles on it, had never been through a car…read morewash--until this incident. I took it through their wash, and it ended up with severe scratches. The pictures don't even do it justice. After exiting, I went to vacuum my truck and immediately noticed the damage. I called for a manager right away. When he arrived, he took a few photos and even admitted, "Yes, it did scratch your truck, and you can see the marks." I was told I'd get a call by Monday or Tuesday, but no one reached out--I had to follow up on Thursday. When I finally spoke with the manager, he backtracked, saying the pictures didn't look like damage caused by their car wash. I'm not asking for a full repaint--just for the scratches to be removed. But I already know that won't happen. Avoid this place at all costs! It even looks like someone else had their car scratched--I saw their pictures too.
