We were stranded on I-40 and had our car towed to Cabot, AR. We were referred to them through the tow company that picked up our car. These guys rearranged other work to fit us in, fix our car and get us back on the road before they closed for the day. Not only all of this but we were stranded at a local hotel without transportation, they came to our hotel to get our key fob to work on the car and then came back to our hotel to pick me up and take me to get my car. As far as I am concerned they went out of their way to help us and get everything taken care of the way that they did. They also didn't charge through the nose to fix what needed fixed, they did so at a great value to us. They were all extremely friendly and joking around with each other and their customers in the shop. The gentleman who owns the shop also gave me his card with his number and told me that if we had any more trouble to call him. He could only help us so far out but he could recommend someone that could help us between Cabot, AR and our destination of Ft. Worth, TX. I had this place align my vehicle and it was so far out of alignment it ate about 35% of the tread off my front tires ($300 each) before I noticed it. When I brought it back to them they were like hmm, I don't know what we did there, but we will fix it. I made them provide me a printout second time around but damage was ready done. My wife bought tires from here and they offer free balance and rotation after the sale. She can schedule an appt and be there early and they won't pull her car in till an HOUR after the appt time for a 10 minute service even if she is the first person there. They are hoping you won't come back for those free rotations this way. run from this place like the plague and go to Cabot tire and off-road! Every time I go here the people are extremely rude!! I went in for a simple tire repair, waited an hour to complete. When they called me to the counter to pay firs I got made fun of because of my size (I'm short- the counter is tall) then instead of handing me my debit card back, He throws it at me!!!! This is one of the Best places in Cabot for tire and brake work, they also handle most anything to do with alignment and light mechanical repairs. A.J. and Donnie are the best! Cooper is their major tire brand, a great premium tire but, if you want to pay less, ask for Mastercraft, the Cooper knock-off. If you need new tires for cheap... just ask them, they have many brands that they can shop for you. That annoying Tire Monitor light... No problem their technicians can take care of that too. I bought a set of tires from tires n more, one went flat, took it back and even though it was in warranty they refused to honor it. Said Goodyear doesn't warranty tires that go flat because of splitting inside, said I must have hit a pothole. I didn't hit a hole big enough for this. I didnt hit any hole, it just went flat. The tire is junk, Tires n more knows this and are still selling them. If they are selling tires that can't take hitting a pot hole then why are they in business? I will never buy from them again, and would suggest that you look around, there are plenty of tire stores and maybe you won't get ripped like me. read more
