We ordered a bunch of lattes for the two of us to sustain us through the 600 miles of driving the day would bring. The crew brought them up quickly and cheerfully, making conversation while still getting the assignment done prontissimo. Super cute environment, wood furniture, up cycled old chairs, lush plants and adorable goat themed art. I would go there in a heartbeat just to hang out. If I had one quibble it would be that the lattes didn't have much foam on them. But the quality of the coffee was excellent. I decided to try this cafe as I was in the area early in the morning and they did not disappoint! The cashier was nice and the inside of the shop had a warm and cozy vibe with plenty of seating. I got an iced matcha latte and a hot chocolate. The prices were pretty standard however I'm not sure if the machine was contaminated when they made my hot chocolate or if they added coffee to it but it had a weird coffee-chocolate taste which I didn't like since I only wanted a standard hot chocolate. I first tried this coffee spot on August 23, and I've been hooked ever since. I come here at least three times a week now, and honestly, I don't see that changing anytime soon. The coffee here is hands-down the best I've ever had, so good that other coffees just don't even compare anymore. Yes, it's a little on the pricier side, but it's worth every single penny (and then some). The quality, flavor, and consistency make it stand out. The syrups are homemade and I have never had burnt coffee here. I've tried Americanos, lattes, and chai teas. All of them above average. They have seasonal menus as well, so there is always something new to try! Ŵe came here again yesterday morning for coffee, and again big hit with their brew. It's strong, robust and hits the weary morning spot. The service again was impeccable as they are often fully staffed. This is a busy place however, and with that said, I am surprised that they had some tables reserved for the mommy and me crowd. I'm learning McDonald's no longer has their ideal play place? Those tables were empty for a while too. Unfortunately, I saw a few people who had to leave, who may have wanted to study or work. We had heard great things about the place and were definitely impressed. The coffee shop is super cute, good vibes, very trendy. The staff were all very friendly. The one down side is the parking. The parking lot is pretty small, and they have you park a few blocks down for street park if the small lot is full. The realtor was a coffee recommended by the barista. Just moved to town, and as a barista, I am obsessed with this place! It's absolutely gorgeous and clean with an open concept! Tried their toasted coconut latte on my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. Came back that same week to try out their vanilla latte and it was one of the best I've had (crazy considering vanilla is my least favorite latte flavor). Best matcha latte in Columbia. If you're a true matcha lover, this is the one. Most matchas I've tried in Columbia are too milky or too sweet, but you can really taste the quality of this matcha. The color speaks for itself. This is a lemon drop matcha latte, which is a seasonal flavor, but I've also had the vanilla which was very good too. I find that the smaller the size you get, the more you can taste the matcha. read more

Cute spot to work, study, or hand out with friends! Very family oriented, there's a small playroom in the corner that kids can use while their parents hang out. The coffee I got (an iced latte) was really good and quick. They also had a lot of padre ties available that looked delicious! The inside is very spacious and bright, I loved all the plants they had hanging out! The music was a little weird, kinda all over the place, but that's sometimes how it goes hahaha! Toasty goat is a great place to get work done on the weekends. The ambiance is beautiful with natural light and flora. They have both indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy. Parking is a little limited and I would be aware that your car can potentially get towed if you park elsewhere. Their bakery items are fantastic and would recommend trying their grandmas cookies. My only complaint is their drinks. I am not sure if I went on a bad day, but my drink, along with the three other drinks my friends ordered, was extremely watered down and lacked flavor. I ordered a matcha with oat milk and it tasted a little funky. I requested additional brown sugar cinnamon syrup and it still didn't help with the taste. read more

We stopped off in Columbia, while driving through. This coffee shop was a bit out of the way for us, but it looked so pretty, and coffee looked good, so we had to make a stop off! I didn't realize it was in a strip mall area, but inside was adorable! So aesthetically pleasing, with all the big hanging plants, beautiful hanging lighting, murals, artsy tile, gorgeous wooden tables, painted wooden chairs, etc. So much detail and love put into designing this place! The kids corner nook was so cute and such a nice touch for parents coming here. As a parent, I appreciate this! The coffees were delicious-- we tried two lattes, one was a special latte with cinnamon, vanilla, and maybe maple? I can't remember now. Oatmilk latte, and the other a whole milk latte. Both delicious! My son got a steamer mmm he loved it. We loved that there was a selection of board games, and we played UpWord at the table together. Good calm music playing, like upbeat jazz, acoustic guitar songs, etc. Good family time on our quick stop over. The employees were super friendly and helpful. They chatted with us after about good local spots they recommended. It was nice to see a diverse crowd in there- probably due to being a college town. I live close to this coffee shop and I was anxiously awaiting its grand opening! It didn't disappoint! Ordered: Cortado Pour Over coffee Latte Grandmas Cookie The Grandmas Cookie is a chocolate chip cookie with oatmeal and molasses!! It was delicious. So soft and great flavors. (I went back the next day for more cookies!) Don't judge me but I also dipped my cookie in my latte. No regrets because that cookie was made to go with my Latte. For the pour over, you get to choose out of the roasts of the day. My husband went with a Mexican sourced bean with a dark roast. It was very smooth and served hot. The cortado was 2.5oz like it should be. It was a beautiful smooth espresso with creamy foam. My Latte was served in deep mug just like coffee gods intended and I really enjoyed it. Customer service was the best I've seen a long time! They welcome you as a friend as soon as you walk in. The coffee is roasted in-house and you can take some home in a bag (or order online!) There's so many things that impressed me about this coffee shop. They have a corner play area for kids!! They have MANY seats inside and out. Delivery was super fast - and they let me choose my roast (I went with "roaster's choice") and personalize my grind...perfect for my french press. I was in town for a few days, and I came here THREE times. So obviously, it must have been good! It's a young coffee shop, but full of potential. They're open about the fact they're experimenting and finding their place, and I loved everything I ordered. I tried their "natte" drinks, basically latte with coffee instead of espresso, and it really worked well. Homemade syrups they should be proud of. Can't wait to come back to town and see this place grow. Owners are pure joy to talk to and they obviously do it because they love it, and I love THAT. If you love coffee, this is a brilliant place to try, especially for pour overs or Japanese iced coffee (just an iced pour over basically). They also have incredible prices and quality of their own in-house roasted beans. If I was local, I'd buy all beans from them! And their logo? Adorable. I hope they're able to get their own location soon, as it would be a lovely atmosphere judging by their design touches.
