I agree! Was a good place back in the day to buy stogies, but that time has passed! I'm cuout of cigars but would rather order them from JR Cigar or drive a little further into Wesley Chapel to get them! To the owner[s]what happened to your customer service? Shame Shame!! So I visited this place on a Sunday evening at 5:31. As I walked in the cashier was extremely personable and greeted me warmly. I proceeded to ask if they sold charcoal disk for hookah machines she immediately stated NO. No worries, I was going to leave, and then I noticed that they sold cigars, so I then proceeded to ask -do you sell deadwood tobacco cigars? Again her answer was no. SoI asked , do you not sell it or do you not know if you sell it? She replied I have no idea what that is. So I proceeded to ask if I could then look for it to see if they carry that particular cigar as it look like they had a large assortment of cigars she quickly stated you can look however we close in 10minutes so I asked her if they closed at 6 PM or 540 she proceeded to tell me 6 PM so I politely stated that it was only 532 and was just looking for the cigars to see if they carry them. I was really disappointed because the customer service here was extremely poor considering that this is one of the few smoke shops in our neighborhood. It's the closest one to me however there are several more as you get closer to 41. I probably will never and I do me never frequent this spot ever again as I've lived in the community for over 15 years and had never visited it before however I needed charcoal disks for my hookah machine and thought since it was close I should support. Advice to management hire someone who is knowledgeable about what's in the store. You may also want to train your associates to NOT push customers out 30 minutes prior to closing. I will continue to patronize Cigar international at the mall and the small smoke shops on 41 as this one is now off my list. read more

For the past year I was a customer if this location. I went weekly to buy fluid for myself and my husbands vape pen & accessories. I would say the customer service was great before new help. I understand needing to ID someone, however I'm almost 35yrs old, and was refused a battery for my pen bc I did not have my if. I explained to him that I am clearly over 18, but whatever. I call my husband, and ask him to meet me and buy this.. My husband presents his ID proving he is a 36yr old man, and he was "refused service because he saw him talking to me in the parking lot"... ? read more

I am spending a few days on business in Tampa and decided to try this establishment. I was impressed by their excellent selection, competitive pricing, and most of all the outstanding service that I received. I came in for a few cigars, but wound up getting almost 20 since I believe that quality locations deserve my business. The cherry on top was that they have an extremely comfortable lounge and complimentary coffee and a clean restroom, so I was able to enjoy a few of my purchases, many of which I never had before but were recommended by Steve, all were excellent. This cigar shop has a good selection of cigars. I am not a cigar aficionado or anything but I have smoked a lot of cigars in my life and I know what I like. They have an overstock rack with some good deals, 5 for $12 regularly $29 and so forth and they break it down by style for you and everything. I will continue to come here for some decent stogies. read more

Terrible experience, walked in to get some pipe tobacco , super small selection was met with an attitude by Carolyn. Bought some items and was going back and look more went over to the pipes was told I could stand near them because they were behind a table not counter a table.. not expensive stuff cheap stuff.. cheap cigars bad customers service don't waste your time read more
