Each time I struck out and was just left with a nonworking Zippo. Since I was in the plaza I decided that why not give this place a try. It wouldn't hurt, if they didn't have it, I would just continue my search. I walked in and did a quick look around myself. There were a few other customers in there and I didn't want to bother them right away. After the other customers were helped I was asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them what I was looking for and a first employee wasn't sure if they had them or not. While this exchange was going on the employee at the register overheard the exchange and stepped right in. This employee, or maybe he was the owner, knew exactly what I was looking for and exactly where the item was. He took me right over to the display where it was, and without hesitation, grabbed the item from the shelf. It was much smaller than I expected, but honestly it was right in front of me as well. I just wasn't aware of what I was looking for. I'm kicking myself in the behind right now. Because when he handed me the flints he asked if I needed any extra wicks. I thought I'd be good for a while on the wicks, but was I wrong. I now have new flints for the Zippo, but am in dire need of a wick now. Next time around, I'll know better. Great customer service.
