She buys her cigarettes here every other day. She knows everybody at this shop. Especially the manager, who is stocky bald guy in his early forties. I assume his eastern European. Anyway he was really rude and treated my friend really bad today although she's been a customer for more than 12 years! He told her that there was no business for her and ask her to leave or he was gonna call the cops on her!! She was literally shocked by this guy attitude since she's been a customer of this establishment for so long. If the owner of this place reads this complaint, please do something about it. This employee of yours is really mean and route to customers I have witness a couple of times how he yells and cursed at customers. My friend did nothing to deserve this. We went to Rodeo and after about 45 seconds, we engaged in conversation with the clerk. A man…read moreapproached, interrupting our conversation and speaking over us to the clerk in Arabic. I spoke up by saying that his behavior was very rude. He waved his hand at me and said it would only take a minute to instruct his employee. At the same time, I could hear the clerk murmuring that the man was his boss. To which I squealed, "That is even worse! Interrupting a customer, in the middle of a sales transaction, by talking over the customer, is bad customer relations!" The man gave us a disgusted look and vanished. The clerk sheepishly tried to apologize. I stopped him by stating that he did nothing wrong. He had to obey his boss. His boss is rude, arrogant and racist. We've shopped at Rodeo since they opened.
