She then told me that "I better go find another item" because there's a $20 minimum for credit card purchases. Really? She couldn't make an exception for the $.53 I was off by? I told her to just add the difference and charge my credit card an even $20. She then proceeded to charge me $21.10 for some reason. Glad you got $3 and evaded the $.03 credit card fee but you lost a customer for life. Sigh.

Upstairs has a great MCM glass vendor. Also a large section for vintage clothing. We were given a low down from the guys at Watertown that some of the vendors from Odana went to Waterloo. Which makes sense. The first floor side room screams Odana vendors, especially the prices.

Ryan, the brave soul, showed up at our door ready to battle a very moody washing machine. Ryan diagnosed the problem almost immediately and repaired and ordered the parts we needed. My position on Radke has unfortunately changed. After being convinced to buy a top of the line Bosch dishwasher, they have failed to stand by a flawed product or deliver timely customer service. After waiting a week for a repairman, a service call was scheduled and a time window given. I missed work to accommodate their schedule to only be given a call 30 minutes before the time table expired to say "something came up." I've been without my "top of the line" dishwasher for over two weeks and no resolution in sight. I'm sad I put my faith and hard earned dollars into this company that does not care about repeat customers. I will never be a customer at Radke again. Buyers beware.

The very nice lady had us smell around 400 different scents and choose the ones that appealed to us the most. Then we had to choose how we wanted it- in a room spray, body spray, Cologne , lotion or shampoo. I think there are others but I can't remember. We chose the body spray. For about $25 we had our own signature scented body spray! A month later I'm still loving it. What a fun gift this would make, or a fun place to take the teens for a few hours :) The only downside was, I think some of the scents were expired, as they were definitely not a good scent as they should've been, but I didn't mind since there were so many others to chose from :) we will be back!
