The first time I stopped here the owner was extremely friendly and took time (on his off day) to help me choose a great selection of tinned English blends and some great Virginia's. I ended up walking out of the shop with 4 new pipes and almost 6 months worth of tobaccos. I'm not a huge cigar smoker, but they have a large walk in humidor full of different brands. Chances are, if you're looking for it, they'll carry it. If the drive is too far for you, then go on their website! I've ordered from them 3 times now and every time my order has shown up quickly and with no damages. So definitely make the trip out here and pipe up a pipe or two! Support our local store!

I spoke with an employee named Josh and asked a few simple questions about their inventory and what the most expensive cigars they carried were. When I asked if they had anything over $100, Josh responded with, "I can charge you however much you want," and then told me that if anyone pays over $100 for a cigar, they're getting ripped off. I clarified that I hadn't bought anything yet and was simply asking questions because I was unfamiliar with cigars and wanted to get something high-end as a gift. I told him I'd stop by later that afternoon, and when I arrived, I was greeted and went into the humidor to browse. While I was looking around, I overheard Josh at the desk laughing about our phone conversation and mocking me to his friends, saying I got ripped off and making fun of the questions I had asked. As someone who was genuinely trying to learn and was fully prepared to spend good money on gifts, being publicly mocked for asking beginner questions was honestly shocking and extremely unprofessional. I came in with good intentions and an open wallet, but after that experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
