Sold me a mod, a week later I came in with concerns about it that I read online, and a few months later every single concern with that mod that I read online came true. Huge waste of time and money. Over priced juice (average $10 over every other local store for the same bottle) Over priced everything! Not only that, super small selection, no menu, and most of the employees are duds. Don't be fooled by the tie-dyes and too cool for school attitudes. If you're a high school dropout looking for a job this is most definitely where you should work! Place is a rip and run by bums that listen to Twiddle. And why are there always suspect characters just hanging out ripping vapes in there like it's a bar? Don't go here. All I can say is that the clearly inebriated gentleman behind the counter wrote me off as soon as I walked in. He tried to pass me off to another employee once I said I needed a whole setup. The other guy didn't seem interested in helping me, so the poor guy that was actually standing behind the counter instead of playing on his laptop had to "deal with this one" and my "open to suggestions" attitude. Apparently a budget of $200 is not enough to get them to help you. He insisted I save my money and get a top of the line setup. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever. I currently work in customer service and I know I would be fired on the spot for treating a potential customer how I was treated. I think I may as come off as a newbie to the whole vape thing because I need a whole setup since mine didn't make the trip, but from my perspective it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of me. Being told that nothing decent can be purchased for less than 300 bucks seems absurd. Waste of time. read more

Just happened to be in town doing work and stopped in for an emergency battery replacement and walked out with a new Aegis regulated box mod and Triple mesh style tank that I really really love. I've been vaping for 10 years and the counter person introduced me to something different and fun. I read some of the other reviews about pricing, but I don't think they know what they're talking about. I got what I feel is a top-of-the-line set up for about $150 with spare cartridges and that's not out of line at all. Their prices are average from what I know. She was extremely friendly and helpful and the shop was very nice. I was the first one out of three or four customers walking in as she opened up, so it looks like they're doing a good business. Was in town from Gurnee,IL early on the motorcycle with some friends to have breakfast and had some time to kill. As an avid vape I wanted to check out your shop so I walk up to the door at 10a because the sign say open at 10 and the place was dark and door locked. This shop is by far the worst I've been in and I've been a vaper for 3 years. They overcharge by what seems to 60-100% I paid $40 for a bottle of e-liquid that cost $20 online. The gentleman behind the counter also is the problem. When I was in, a obvious regular was in, the shopkeeper did not even recognize my appearance until he finished her transaction In which he did multiple to help her earn better rewards. Reading the previous reviews I was confused because when I went into this vape shop, being a newbie they took Great care of me. I was in there for about an hour and a half and during that time multiple people came in and out and the attendant, Pam I believe her name was was very welcoming and attentive to all of them. She still never forgot about me, even though I requested to try practically the whole shelf she assured me it was no big deal and she was happy to help. God awful store, they sold me an alliance V2 splatter edition, which turned out to be a clone. It also seems as if the staff is on coke or some kind of upper. Everything in this shop is extremely overpriced. Juice selection is good if you want to overpay for decent juice. there are much better vape shops around than this one. read more
