She suggested two flavors, one sounded good so I bought it, paid $29 cash. As I stepped away from the cashier, she suggested I check the contents as sometimes things happen in the Arizona heat. I thanked her and opened the box and saw it was a disposable vape. Not at all what I asked for. I called out the error, she just grinned and said no exchange, no refund. I hadn't left the store, the vape was still in a sealed container inside the undamaged box. By the way, nowhere on the box does it say disposable vape. Just the flavor and ingredients, etc. I was shocked. It was a simple misunderstanding. I wanted a bottle of juice, not a disposable. She wouldn't budge. I asked her to call the police, as my phone wasn't working. She ended up sending 2 thugs to threaten me with bodily harm as I waited for the police to help sort this out, and warned me her cashier was armed. She said that when the police called her to verify the problem, she told the police not to come! Why wouldn't you want the police to come if you did nothing wrong?
