If I could give it zero stars, I would. Bought a vape here yesterday and it worked fine for a few hours, then it started to misfire. I can taste the juice burning and the battery won't stay charged properly. When I showed an employee the defective vape, he told me that's how it was supposed to work and that as long as it hit that was fine. Zero stars. I went to buy some vapes. The owner there showed me where the vapes were and opened the glass. I began to look at all of them and about 1 minute after I began to.read through all the ones he had, straight up told me, "I was to close". It was 830pm, the shop says it closed at 9pm. I rushed through and just chose whichever one I looked at next. I couldn't believe he straight up told me to hurry (even if it was barely a min) when I still had 30 minutes before he closed. This place is terrible! Unwelcoming and rude. I highly recommend everyone to pass this shop up and drive a mile more over the freeway to the other side of Sierra to any of those smoke shops for better service and quality products. I have tried to be friendly with this guy many times. May be he is just a shy dude or may be there is a good man hiding behind of the rude and unfriendly shell. This place used to be my go to place considering they had the lowest prices on backwoods. There were a few occasions where I would go and they would charge me a large debit fee. That was strike one. Strike two was the younger male who seems to manage the store always gave me attitude and wanted To argue when It came to me feeling to see if they were stale. strike three came when I bought a pack of backwoods and as I was walking out the door realized they were stale. I walked back to the counter to exchange them and the younger manager said "sorry we don't do exchanges on purchases" I got extremely pissed considering I haven't even walked out of the store yet! He decided to take the other pack back and proceeded to charge me half price for a pack!! Even though I just paid him full price for the stale pack!Then proceeds to say"you should have checked them before you left,that's not my problem" Never again will I come here! Horrible. The younger guy who use to work here was cool with me and would give me exchanges. Now that the older guy works here, he sold me a BROKEN bong. Literally went back in 5 minutes after I purchased to get an exchange and he said he couldn't do anything for me!! I paid almost $100. He said he would give me half off on something else!!
