Beetle infestation! Tried to tell owner and was told it was normal. Saw on multiple sticks while there! Beware!!!
    Paulie P.

Where to start... owner is terrible. He walks you through the store and hands you cigars that you should be smoking. When he asked what I liked, and I told him Fuente and OpusX, he made a disgusted face and shook his head no. I am not a newbie to cigars and let him know that by throwing knowledge at him. When I cam across some Viaje honey and handgrenades, I got excited. Unfortunately they were full of beetle holes. I pointed this out to Jolly and he told me that it's normal and not to worry. I then noticed a couple holes on a regularly available stick in the same case. That's when i decided to run! Shop had no rhyme or reason to its organization. Lots of empty boxes littering the shelves. I'd do anything within my power to go elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Great stick; Tabak Drew Estates, Coffee infused. Mild & great with a cup of joe or as a dessert cigar.

Am an avid cigar aficionado. Chose my cigar, by golly the not Jolly "Jolly" went ahead took my cigar out of my hands & said "YOU'LL SMOKE THIS". Being in the company of others; disregarded his ignorance & smoked the 50% up charged stogie. To be fair (though overpriced) the Teas, Cafė, Chocolates.... are phenomenal. Being one of the few places in town to buy & smoke cigars; if you're a die hard cigar lover go for it. Otherwise I'd suggest grabbing a stogie from Frank's cigars & head to All Stars patio.

More like a shelf of unknown stogies in a cafe and a small elegant rom to burn one. Not ideal and TBH kind of nonsensical for John Q Public.

Could not have encountered a less helpful employee. He was rude and hostile. Terrible customer service. Don't go.

Went to the shop to pick up my usual shades, and picked up a couple of recommended sticks as well. Always a good experience.

I used to go to this mall plenty of times in the past when I still lived in New Jersey. However, as…read morethe years have gone on the mall has degraded over time for most of the same reasons as to why many malls today are going out. The stores are all going out due to too much online shopping, as well as shoplifting, and of course the variety of stores shrinking over time. The mall used to have a much better variety of stores in the past from a toy store, a Wendy's, a Chick-fil A, and many other stores that are no longer a part of it. The mall today is almost completely barren and empty with little to no surviving stores left which is sad. Sure it has been modernized and renovated over the years to help give it a more modern feel, but it is only a matter of time before it is completely gone and torn down to make room for another warehouse. The only good thing about it now is the food court selection is slightly better than in the past and all the food places are all in the same vicinity not scattered like it used to be. But in the end, the stores now don't offer the same quality or value of products you would get in the past when there were much better stores to choose from.

The Quaker Bridge Mall is a monument to late-stage capitalism wrapped in beige tiles and…read moreexistential dread. It is neither quaking, nor bridged, nor particularly Quaker, though I did feel a strange spiritual calm while waiting in line at Auntie Anne's, watching dough be twisted into symbols of carbohydrate comfort. Inside, time folds in on itself like a pair of clearance khakis. There are stores selling perfume, gadgets, jeans tight enough to restrict original thought. There's a Cheesecake Factory, which exists on the same moral plane as purgatory: vast, overlit, and full of folks trying to remember what it was they came in for. The mall is clean. The ceilings are high. The escalators move up and down like Sisyphus with a corporate sponsor. No one seems to know why they're there, but they are, floating from JC Penney to Old Navy in a retail daze. The air smells faintly of artificial scents and unspoken longing. There's something poetic about a mall in the 21st century. A living fossil. A place where you can still see teenagers in small herds, clutching bubble tea and dreams. Where old men power-walk past Forever 21, defiant in orthopedic sneakers. Where the Apple Store shines like a sterile shrine to tech-assisted distraction. Three stars. Not because it's bad; it's not. It is precisely what it claims to be: a mall. A decent one. One with enough stores to feel like you might find something, even if you don't know what you're looking for. It would get four stars if it had a decent bookstore. It would get five if it could answer why I felt slightly lonelier when I left than when I arrived.

For a store that sells such considerate trinkets, you'd assume that customer service would be amicable. At this location, that was unfortunately not the case. I came here on a Saturday, and there was only one employee working which yielded extremely slow service. I placed an order for a set of engraved champagne flutes for my best friend and was told to come back in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, I come back and end up waiting another 30 minutes. The flutes were done, but the employee just put them aside while ringing up other customers and ignored my presence. The employee working completed tasks leisurely, which is fine but then there should've been another employee working with her. It seemed as if she had little respect for peoples time as she walked around the store rather than helping customers. The pick up times she gave me were inaccurate... understandable since it's a busy day, but it only takes about 20 minutes to engrave so I shouldn't have waited over an hour. When I finally received the flutes, I saw that the text was not engraved the way I had written on the paper. I kindly expressed my dismay to the employee who showed no sympathy for her mistake. Instead, she continued to be dull and short with me. After some consideration, I realized I did not want to settle and gift my best friend something I didn't entirely love (especially not for the price - engraving is pricy!). Although I was on a time crunch, I decided to have the flutes redone. The employee seemed annoyed and was reluctant to work with me to engrave the flutes the way I wanted. After a few minutes of trying to explain to her what I wanted, I wasn't assured that she would engrave the flutes correctly a second time. She was highly unhelpful and unsympathetic so I asked to speak to a manager. I found out that the manager would be in the following morning so I canceled my transaction and made another trip the following AM. I kindly explained the situation to the manager, who showed NO concern. Similar personality to the employee I encountered the previous day. I was appalled that a manager could have such little regard to customer satisfaction. I really needed the flutes so I did end up repurchasing them, but he was also apathetic, impolite, and highly unprofessional.

If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you.
