I went in there today and the first thing I noticed is that it's furnished like a jail. Everything is either behind glass or behind the counter. No browsing. All the little packages with their tiny letters were off limits. So I asked the clerk if he had any Delta 9 o. He told me that D9 is illegal and didn't want to hear from me that it is a legal product from Hemp. If they had it, they lost a sale. If they don't have it, they lost the chance of me ever coming back and dealing with their uninformed clerk. read more

They guys here are SUPER helpful, very friendly and just over the top with customer service. Very knowledgeable. I bought coils so I can't comment on the juice...yet. The guy even gave my kiddo the scoop on the dangers of smoking and becoming addicted and encouraged him to just not ever starting with this habit. I thought that was AWESOME!!!!! I came back to this store because I had bought some vape juice and it was really nice. But my vape died, so I went in to see what they had.. I bought one, got home and realized I was over charged. Then the house-flavor I chose tastes horrible compared to the one I smelled in the store. I knew the moment I got home it was too late to turn around and go back, because it was already opened, primed & set up at the store. I only realized when I saw the email receipt that what was quoted and what was charged where 2 different prices. I remember saying to myself out loud when I signed wow that's a lot for the cheapest mod he shown me. But I made the mistake of not questioning it. Then I looked up the mod I bought online and I paid $40 more for it than every other retail and online place... Fooled me one shame on me and shame on you. How disappointing!! What makes everything so much worse is now I have a mod that I don't know what all the damn settings mean, what are they for, the mouth piece is too big and the flavor of the vape sucks and none of it is returnable because it's now used. There are two types of businesses in the world, those who want your money and those who want your business. Unfortunately, this establishment falls short of a venue that cares for your business. In a two day review in which I will explain below, Vapor Lab at best is a convenient little shop with a mediocre selection. Average prices as far as juice is concerned, a pretty high mark up on hardware and service that you can expect from 7/11. Located in the heavy retail complex in Frisco off Preston Rd is where you can find Vapor Lab. On my first peak in I walked into a bare and awkward entrance. Tucked around the corner featured a LED lit L shaped bar showcasing their house blends, a few premium lines and a friendly face behind the bar. He kindly greeted me and gave me a quick run down of the shop and sent me off on my way. I should add, that I'm in the hunt for my new home base for vape supplies, a place with friendly, knowledgeable staff who love their craft and enjoy sharing it with others. A place I can get honest opinions and that appreciate my business. In turn I have no problem spending the extra coin just to feel welcome. For a moment, I had thought that this might be my new spot, but, on my second look I was proven wrong. I came in the next day, I planned to purchase a new mod either a snow wolf or segelei 150, some new batteries and check out a few new flavors since many of the flavors are just the main stream stuff I never really got around to trying before. The entire time I was in the store I felt unwelcome. Unknowing how much money I was planning to spend, he just charged me off , ignoring me mostly while playing with his phone. He was very short and pretty much unwilling. Soon after, another customer walks in and bam, he's in the game. Asks the basic questions: what's a good starter kit? How long do the batteries last? How long does juice last? I chime in to simply help and say, it all depends on how much you use it. Jay (who is who I've been talking about the whole time) turns and looks at me and snarles off "do you want to clock in"!!! Whoa I was just trying to help you out. Anyways, by the end of this I realize, that this place is not what I'm looking for. If I return, I will update as things change. But for now I'll keep looking. Best I've found for now is ECA Vape in down town, great people and I will gladly drive there for my big purchases until I find my sweet spot in the north metroplex. read more

I have been here about 10 times and each time the guy who is working has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even times where he was the only one there and 5 people are all wanting help he handled it perfectly. This place is garbage. After reading the reviews, I was really looking forward to coming in here and being helped by Jonathan. Well I brought my Vaporesso Amour Pro in here yesterday, Sunday, October 18 and not only was Jonathan not able to help me because this vape shop did not have the parts I needed but he also managed to entirely make my Vaporesso not work. I walked in with a great $95 vape that just needed a battery. So as a nicotine addict there was no way I was leaving without something so after again breaking my $95 Vaporesso Jonathan sold me a $68 Smok RPM80 Pro Kit. He told me not to use it for 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Later to learn that the Smok is not operable and leaks all over my purse. I brought it back to the shop today, October 19 at 3:30pm and Jonathan who was again busy with his video games said he needed to call his manager to get approval for a return. His manager supposedly said they only accept returns on malfunctions. Not sure how a leaky burning brand new vape does not qualify as a malfunction. I will NEVER step foot in the place, I will make sure this review is posted EVERYWHERE and I will be reporting this place to the BBB. What a waste! read more

This place is lacking in a big way... let me explain. I've been several times and their product supply is very limited. No matter what I want to buy, they seem to be out of stock, "but we ordered it and should be in on this day." What set me off to write this review (I only write negative reviews when I don't plan on going back), was my last 2 visits here. I went a couple of weeks ago and arrived a few minutes early (at 10:45, they open at 11). I waited in my car and at 11 went up to the door. It was still locked but the guy who works there was behind the bar. He looked right at me, then looked down at what he was doing. Ok no big deal, I'll give him a few minutes. I waited for 5 minutes at the door, dude didn't acknowledge me again. I got back in my car because it was so dang cold outside and called them. Dude answered, and I said "hi, what time do y'all open?" Dude: "we open at 11". And I said, "well I'm outside so when are you opening today?" Dude: "yeah, I saw you. Whoever closed last night had issues so I'm fixing them before we open." So I waited until 11:15 for him to unlock the door. I am also a small business owner in town, and had that been one of my employees, heads would have rolled! Of course they were then out of stock of the juice that I wanted to buy. Went back today with a broken tank, needed to buy a new one. Right smack in the middle of the day, there was a sign on the door saying they were out to lunch. I waited for 15 minutes, but finally left. Again, as a small business owner, this is unacceptable. They should post their hours with a lunch break if need be, or at least post a sign saying when they will return. I don't foresee them being around much longer... bad service. read more

So we came in 2 minutes before the store closes. Yeah. Our bad, we're on a rush. That's the nearest store that is still opened by that time. Poor customer service EVER!!!! The vapor lab is the best vape store in the Dallas area by far, the atmosphere and selection are better than any store I've been too around, and I've been to alot. My experience here was ultimately not that great. This was my first time walking in and right off the bat, the guy assisting did not seem too ecstatic at being there. He didn't seem too motivated with helping me out either. I gave him my flavor pallet and he made one suggestion to a juice that was the most popular, but that was it. I asked if there were any testers to try out some flavors, as I really don't like buying anything before trying it because for me it's 50/50 if I like it or not. He told me that customers around there don't tend to test the juices, so already I'm taking a gamble. I ask about this juice that interested me, he said it was pretty good, so I went for it. After a couple of hours of dripping I ultimately decided it was a terrible flavor. Tasted nothing like advertised. I went back to the store to see if there was anything we could do about this situation but he told me I was out of luck, and that sometimes you just buy a bad juice. I don't have unlimited cash flow to waste on juices I don't like. So ultimately there was bad service, not a great selection of juices, and no way to find out if you're going to waste money or not. There are plenty of vape shops around them that want to make sure I'm walking out satisfied, so I will not be returning to this place. I do not recommend buying juice here, but I did not check out their hardware so I cannot comment about that. read more
