For a long time she had…read morealways been polite to me, but during a recent phone call she completely lost control -- cursing me out, calling me names, and even challenging me to fight her in the parking lot. I've never been spoken to like that in my life, especially by someone representing a business. The situation only escalated when Gabby went out of her way to call me back later from her personal phone -- clearly not the store line -- and threatened to have her "boys" come after me, my husband, and even my 9-year-old son. Threatening a child is beyond inexcusable. I don't know if she was just trying to intimidate me or if I should genuinely be fearful for my family's safety, but either way it's completely unacceptable. On top of that, I've personally witnessed questionable activity at this shop, which makes her behavior even more concerning. Customers should feel safe and respected when they interact with a business, and this was the exact opposite. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
