I recently went for my first visit to this store and have to say I was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience .The prices were the lowest I have found in this area and I have shopped them all on a regular basis .There was a very large inventory of items for the RYO smoker which I am ,machines were by far the lowest price even lower than ebay or Amazon .The service was great ,employees were very polite and helpful on my visit not once did I feel rushed because I like to take my time and browse a store's inventory and compare prices being the tightwad I am and being on a tight budget .They have quite a large selection of tobaccos and tubes do wish they would get Double Diamond tubes the only complaint was the new tubes I purchased tore very easily and ends messed up completely wasted a lot of them could have been my old machine but think it was the brand and my not being familiar with them but other types were okay, way it goes every now and then get a bad box not the sturdiest things out there ,the tobacco was great bought several new types to try and all performed wonderfully not too damp or too dry no jams due to the tobacco which is a big issue in RYO .I do not know any employees or such and received no freebies for my review not that it would have any bearing on my review even if I did especially a customer based business such as this .They do have the largest selection of smoker's candles at a good price I have seen in a long time tried most all out there and all are good but the Dragon's Blood variety is the best ever you can smell it outside and it smells awesome recently had a lightning strike in my home with resulting electrical,flooding ,fire and plumbing issues and damages burnt that candle while raising windows for a couple of hours every bit of those odors are gone I know the incense is awesome of this variety used it for years never tried the candles but will stock up on those from now on They also had a lot of cigarette cases for the 100s which are hard to find at great prices ,the smokeless tobacco I purchased for my husband was at least a 1.50 a roll cheaper than anyone else around here purchased Grizzly and was very fresh according to him great prices,great services and inventory best tobacco shop around here in my opinion read more

I really like this place. Everyone is very friendly. I like to talk to people and they indulge me while I shop. Prices are very competitive for cartons of cigarettes and good cigars. They have some really outstanding incense which I buy in bulk when I come in. All kinds of smoking accessories are available for my needs. My only regret is they are not on my side of town. So, I stop in when I find myself in the neighborhood. It's definitely worth it. read more

Nope, didn't get slicked to write this...just the way it has fallen. These folks bust it to make 99% of their clientele happy and COMING BACK. I can do nothing more than aplaude a business which takes its "mission" with a bit more gravity than (name your favorite whipping post)... Great shop. They have a nice variety of awesome cigars, pipes, roll-your-own, and pretty cheap cigarettes. Pall Malls are a good bit under 4 dollars. I can't remember any of the staff's names, but they've all been helpful to me. Plus you can smoke in there! read more
