Overall not bad, I enjoyed my visit and the staff is very polite. There were 3 of us and they were able to easily accommodate us but I did feel like I wasn't a priority. They didn't communicate very well and there was a lot of confusion over what we were asking for vs what they were providing. Many times I'd ask a question and the person doing my nails would just nod and keep going. My main reason for giving a moderate rated review is because we each had a very different quality of nails after we left. Mine lasted the longest but were slightly crooked, one person had nails that were lifting after a couple of days, and the third looked amazing but her gel polish came up after two weeks. I'd return but maybe just for a spa pedicure or a fill. read more

Horrible customer service by a grumpy nail tech that actually hurt me not once not twice but four times and yes, there's blood, and he still continued to hurt me. They corrected my chipped paint and were very sweet and apologetic when they did. I advise verbalizing exactly how you want things if you want them done a specific way but the service was good otherwise. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at this salon. I think their prices are crazy for the quality of work that they do. I rarely give 1 stars but seriously I had to. I'm walked in and was taken in very quickly and one of the ladies started working on my nails. I got a gel mani and pedi(VERY simple). Please see the photos attached, the painting technique is literally horrible. Overall I spent $82!!!!!! YES $82, For a gel manicure and pedicure I repeat. Holy smokes, I will seriously never return to this nail salon and if you're looking for a new place I would not recommend you try this place unless you want to feel ripped off and receive BAD work. First red flag the man doing my nails did not measure the nail tips on to my nails so the tips are smaller than my natural finger nail. He would file them and then throw the file, clip them and throw the clippers. He did not look happy. He was squishing my fingers with a lot of pressure and would throw my fingers around. There was a point where he wasn't even looking while buffing my nails. I asked him how much it would be and he didn't answer so I asked again thinking maybe he didn't hear me and he completely ignored me. I asked for French nails which is pretty basic and the lines are very crooked. My nails do not look good at all and at the end I just wanted to get out of there. I was charged $61 for what I can get at my usual spot with even diamonds. read more

Would you pay $45 for this? " pic posted" I'm not even sure where to start... my husband and I go every two months to get our toes done . This is the worst pedicure I've ever seen.. nail polish over my cuticles & on my skin. You can still see the ridge where the polish was from my last pedicure two months ago. No trimming up of the cuticle or the skin around the toes which to me is the biggest part of the pedicure. In all fairness, the place was clean the people were nice. I didn't even look down while he was doing the pedicure because I was just enjoying it.. this is my relax time ,when he was all done, I was a bit shocked to see the job he had done to say the least . He did offer to fix it, but he would have to have taken off all the polish trimmed up the cuticle trimmed the skin around the toes, cleaned it up, and re-painted. Let's be clear..Yelp had me believing that Andy from this nail spa was the best but this nail salon is expensive and amateurish. I am sooo disappointed! I wanted to give them zero stars but the pedicurist was really nice. Actually most of them are but the quality is TRASH. The lady that did my toes tried doing the design on my toes and failed - MISERABLY! She requested that a manicurist do the design. The lady came and after one minute she says, this is the best I could do and walked away. Check my pictures - I'm not lying, she didn't even care enough to ensure that the black lines were solid. SUPER SHADY SHOP!! My toe nail was painted from the top to the bottom AND SHE POLISHED BEHIND MY NAIL. It looks like a rain drop threw up on my toe. Now let's discuss my finger nails... my natural nails were LOOOONG but recently they broke off so I'm starting from scratch. ANDY was going to let me walk out the shop with the ghetto-est polish I have ever seen in my life. I had to continue to reiterate "Polish here" and "can you fix my cuticles". After the first try I told him I didn't like it. He kept blaming my nail length but he dipped my nail in the dip powder about 5 times so now my small hands has XXXL and VERY FAT nail beds. The dip powder is literally bulging from my nails. So he removed the polish to paint them again. I requested that he polish close to my cuticle line.... And he couldn't do it because he added entirely tew much dip so he started painting were he added the dip. Keep in mind, my dip was suppose to have color. Instead he added 5 layers of clear dip and then colored my nails with gel... On top of that honey, I was bleeding! He was cutting skin NOT my cuticles. He knew he messed up my nails so he offered me half off which was a nice gesture but I shouldn't of paid a dime. It's just sad, that I have to put them out like this... but I am literally embarrassed. This nail shop cost too much money for the quality. They let me leave so I'm a walking representation of the work they did so the world needs to know. My nails are painful right now and it's been about 8 hours now. I kept telling him it hurts and instead of hearing my cry he kept clipping. It's just sad because we pay so much for trash service and they don't care - they just want the money. read more

Excellent from start to finish ! I picked out the top of the line pedicure package for myself and my guest. We were treated so well. The hot stones felt amazing and I loved the cooling leg lotion on a super hot day. I felt like a Queen I found my new pedi spot :) Next time I'll try out a manicure as well. This place use to be my go to spot, but they kept messing up my nails and I would always get them fixed down the hill.. today I was in a rush so I called them and they squeezed me in right away. I was greeted at the entrance by the owner I believe, had me sit at table 5 for my fill. It was a older guy who was rudeee as hell. Didn't say hi or anything, so I went on to show him a couple designs I'd want and he said he wasn't able to do any of them so I just picked 5 colors. He really doesn't know what customer service is, he was pretty rude and demanding saying "give me your nails, wash your hand, move your hand" he really didn't talk at all besides that. When he was done he just said ok I'm done and aorta just threw my hands back at me. I just said ok. I didn't feel the need to thank him for his bad service. Currently waiting for my pedicure now, will update more when it's done: Kim helped me with my pedicure and she was amazing! Super nice and made sure to make me feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend her for pedicures! read more

I love this place. It's clean, they're fast and very friendly. I have never been to a salon that offers so many options for designs and add ones. Jewels, gold flakes you name if they have it at an affordable price. Andy is incredible I trust him completely.
