I am here in the high desert for a work assignment and tried a few places in the area before I landed on Classy Nails. I've been going to this salon for over a year and have nothing but good things to tell you. Top 5 things I love about this salon: 5. The staff is very accommodating. If you are late they understand, if you walk in they try to get you seated and started as soon as possible and are always checking in with you while you wait. Always recommend an appointment though cause they usually get you going right away. 4. Fun relaxed atmosphere - Typically they have some random music channel on the tv and you will find that most customers and staff are singing a long with the music. All the techs that work there are funny and are always laughing. They never try to "up sale" you which is refreshing. I don't have to worry about going in and being asked if I want something more than I already asked for. 3. Clean Spot - The salon is always clean when I get there and/or they are in the middle of cleaning. You know how some places you walk in and you immediately feel dirty? This place is not like that. 2. Prices - prices are fair. They don't hide costs on you and if you ask how much something is they will tell you. It's not the cheapest place I have been to but not the most expensive either. 1. ALL TECHS ARE GOOD! Most of the places I have been I am selective on who does my nails because not all of them are good. All the techs are really good at what they do and take pride in their work. If you request something special and the person doing your nails knows that it's not their strong suit, they will have someone else step in to do it. I don't ever request anyone when I make my appointments cause I know no matter what, my nails are gonna look great. read more

I went in on Friday and had the best experience ! Katie did my pedicure and fixed my broken nail and was so gentle . Lynn did my eyebrow and lip ; full set and design . I'm stoked to say the least . Went in for an acrylic gel fill and the man was very rude. We felt like it was more of an inconvenience to be there more than anything. When politely stated the nails were uneven the man got very rude and his tone was distasteful. He proceeded to be rough on the nails and fingers. He said he could only apply one color on all nails but couldn't take it off if it wasn't the right color, but couldn't state why. They have a card that gets stamped where you get $15 off on your 12th visit. This was our 12th visit. The lady said she couldn't apply it because it had to be for next time but she stamped it anyways and didnt take the $15 off. Why provide a discount system if you're not going to honor it? I really loved this place, it was my first time coming here and the service was a 10/10. Everyone was super nice and I recommend this place.

I usually don't even leave reviews, but I had to for this one because I'm highly disappointed. I actually liked coming to this place for pedicures mainly because I got my nails done with someone I usually stick with. Long story short I go in and get a medium set of black French tips with rhinestone tips on two nails of each hand from Lynn . She tried to charge me $150!!!! Yes 150!! for a basic set like they're working in Beverly Hills or something . & they're not even as long as I usually get them and within two days they were lifting I have about 3 nails lifting at the moment and two of them already came off that I had to re-glue. It's been 4 days and I don't even have all 10 nails on. For one I think they charge me that much because they ASSUME that's what I pay for the nails that I usually already have so they judged by what they think I pay, which is BS. They didn't go off of their own personal prices. I have never paid 150 for a nail set EVER not only that she took so long that she couldn't even give me a pedicure, which came with my appointment. Before she was done, she asked me if I can come back later to get the pedicure so already, my appointment is being cut short because of your next appointment and you still didn't think to accommodate me for not being able to do my pedicure?? I will NEVER come back and pay my money here AND I tip great! Smh they make up prices it's unprofessional and I advise going somewhere else. What I will say is that after I thought about it for two seconds in my car, I went back in to ask her to take off the design and I'll get it elsewhere. She then gave me $30 back because she said she should've told me the price to begin with although the price was still made up. So for that I do appreciate. But I know that only happened because she knew she was wrong if I would've never went back in there, I would've never gotten anything back. So for them to have treated me like that and priced me that high shows me that they don't have respect for their customers and they're getting over on people. I'm appalled! read more

I really liked going to this salon but when I went recently today, the girl who did my pedicure had made a huge cut on the side of my big toe when she was prepping my nails. It was continuously bleeding throughout the rest of the service and unfortunately, it hurts to put pressure when I walk on that same big toe now. Pretty disappointed and it looks like it's already starting to get infected :/ read more

This is one of the new nail shops and they are pretty good however they have a long wait period. And the ball guy did my nails, I specifically stated I want clear polish at first he kept trying to get me to get gel nails, which I don't like I want acrylic then after at the end, he just start painting my nails, a light brown or nude color and I'm like what are you doing? I said that's not clear. He said . I don't know why you want clear this color look better. And he really didn't wanna change it until I made a fuss then he painted it the color that I actually wanted. CLEAR!!! so my advice if you go be clear be fine on what you actually want not what they want to give you or what they feel like doing! read more

My nails came out amazing! Second time coming here. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff is very kind. It's very clean! So far I've gotten lucky twice and they took me in as a walk in. They do take reservations and are honest with their availability or wait times. The work they do is detailed and pretty. I'm happy I found a new nail salon in the high desert. This salon used to take their time and do quality work. My service was rushed and poor.

One of the worst places I have ever been to! They were not busy and could have had all the time to do a decent good job. They did a terrible job on such a simple task. To top it off the man that first worked on me hurt me!!! I now have an open cut wound that bled. I pray I don't get an infection!!!!! $50 for the worst pedicure! I'm so sad this way to end the year.
