Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! I use a hand brush with the vacuum and it helps get all the crumbs out of the carpet. I've had the membership about a week I've driven through 3 times already. My toddler loves the car wash and asks to go every day. This membership is getting put to full use. I recommend putting over and dragging of the spots on your car before you leave.

Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life.
