Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! If my car comes out perfect at my normal service one would only think this would be just as good if not way better being 20.00 more. Boy was I wrong. It doesn't even look like they cleaned the seats because there is still dirt and other marks and the back windows still have smudge marks from my dogs as they didn't even bother cleaning the windows (btw I wash my windows and know it comes off easy) I hope this type of service isn't the new normal at this place or I will have to find somewhere else to take my vehicles.
