Talk about the two best teachers I've had in a long, long time. They are amazing. I appreciate both of them so much and let me tell you, I don't think I would be at the school if I didn't have Mr. Ariel because he is one of a kind. The care and the love that comes off of him are spots on. So Mr. Ariel and Ms. Dani should be 100% recognized for their fantastic work. I've recently noticed that they are so understaffed with the teacher-to-student ratio, which I will bring up to the office. I understand there has been a lot of turnover at this place, but hopefully, they fall within guidelines; but 10 out of 10 would recommend Kindercare, especially for a pre-K student.

There was rarely consistency between the teachers and aids. Then management was horrible. The main one, in particular, was assistant director Angela D. She coached my daughter into lying to me about an incident where another kid dragged her on the floor to the point where it looked like she had a severe burn on her back and removed the skin from her upper lip, which was busted, saying she just played and fell. When confronted, Angela continued to lie instead of owning that she prompted my child to lie about the situation. Lindsey was useless in knowledge and provided minimal resources. One teacher's aide, Demi, regularly told my daughter she didn't like her. On top of my son's teacher, Anna, "forgot" to feed my son for a full day... then when questioned said she forgot to log his food, but then no other teacher or aide had been in the room noticed his chart empty. Then she passively aggressively overfilled my 1yr olds plate with food, overwhelming him with too many options, enough to feed a grown man. Mind you; this happens from March to the end of May. We have since then withdrawn. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My kids consistently had were Ms. Sandra and another aide that looked out for my children. Dealing with children is not for the faint-hearted. Hire people who genuinely care, not just look for the next check. But then again, if management is not excellent, it trickles down to the faculty. No one from corporate had called back or followed up on the reports filed. Please do your research upon sending your child to any facility. This, for us, happened to be the worst one. And would never go back.

The teachers are kind and watchful, and give actual instruction. They read multiple engaging books daily. They sing songs and play games. There's real learning going on and it's evident in my son everyday. The curriculum and daily activities are impressive, even for the two year olds. My son comes home with art, math, and writing activities that he's done that day. The facility is clean (you can smell it!) The classrooms have tools for imaginative play and learning. The playground is pretty awesome too! My son is in a safe and loving environment. I couldn't ask for anything better!

The communication from Ms. Meshe, Mrs. Amber, Mr. Jay, and Mr. Omi has been exceptional. They always keep us informed and are very approachable. The environment is truly like a second home for our children. During the summer, my older kids attended their summer camp and it was one of their favorites of all time! We've been to another courtyard before, but it doesn't compare to the quality and warmth of this center. Highly recommend this center!

An update! My son…read more**really** enjoyed his preK class with Ms Alicia. He adores her and she really has his best interest at heart. I saw first hand how she is able to tend to children based on their own particular needs and how she wants them to learn and grow in her care. My son is on his second day of kindergarten, though he is in Stepping Stone's after school program. As soon as I picked him up from his first day in the after school program, he wanted to go see Ms Alicia. I can't fully express how much Stepping Stone influenced our family in a very positive way, made my son happier about going to preK - so much so that he was sometimes sad when it was the weekend and he wouldn't see Alicia or his friends. Over the summer, he took swimming lessons with Stepping Stone and he learned SO much. I really enjoyed all of his artwork and how prepared he is for kindergarten. Ms Alicia really helped us prepare him for school - both academically and socially. I cannot say enough good things about our experience in Ms Alicia's class. The front office staff is kind and I always enjoy seeing them in the morning. Ms Connie is very kind and I'm certain we will enjoy Brodie's time in the after school program, where he is dropped off and picked up from school and is offered play time after school as well as homework time.

The review that I made 11 months ago when we unenrolled I just noticed a response and it said that we had never enrolled or been part of that school. I then started to look and noticed that several of the reviews that were one star had a similar comment about not being legitimate. I'm here to say that that is 1000% false. When our family first came here we were hesitant because of a previous daycare experience - little did we know this is not your typical daycare, this is school!! I'm not big on reviews but I love this place so let me paint you a picture. This is by far not my first rodeo with childcare, with 6 kids ranging from 2-17. I can say unequivocally this is the BEST childcare facility ANY of my children have attended! All childcare facilities have a little bit of turnover but for the most part my childen remained with the same teachers in their respective classrooms until they moved onto the next. Need more painting? Well, their infant room is outstanding! When we started one of our boys in their infant room we were so impressed with the care and attention he received. Everything was clean, they allowed him playtime but also with a hint of learning and development even at that young age. When he moved up to the next classroom, boy was that fun. Again, they cared about him (and babied him quite a bit but its okay lol). Onto my other son, when he started at age 2, they taught him potty training and just told us what to do (yes, parents of 6 kids sometimes even need pointers too...thanks Mrs. Kayla!). She LOVEDDD our son soooo much, that when he matriculated to the next class she even would go visit him just to say hi. His next teachers, Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Candace were spectacular! I watched him turn into a little Einstein, sometimes looking at him like "wait you knew that?". I don't want to leave any teachers out because they are all amazing. His 4 year old class before leaving, oh man, they are the real MVPs. Our kids are not always the little angels we think they are, but they still loved on him and redirected him with care! Times where our kids were sick, they checked on them. Oh, they also have COOKIE FRIDAY where they sugar up our babies and send them home to us as we pull our hair out lol, but seriously its such a nice gesture and something the kids looked forward to! Remember our kids are at daycare more hours in a day than they are at home with us - if you want peace of mind, get here ASAP! We only left due to moving - I would've left my kids here til middle school if it was an option (yes, we love them that much). We…read morewere extremely excited to have our infant son go to preschool here, but Monday I showed up to pick him up and his teachers weren't wearing masks. They had removed them during the day without notice, as they were no longer technically required. I pleaded directly with his teachers to see if they were open to wearing them voluntarily, then with the director Jeneffer. My husband and I decided to withdraw our son. Even if they agreed at that point they had broken our trust; there was no way of knowing if staff would wear their masks when we weren't there. My husband spoke with the owner Emily on the phone, who during a heated conversation had a few odd things to say about the pandemic (including saying that staff weren't wearing masks during our tour in January, so we can't expect them now. Like, what?). We paid half tuition in July to save our son's spot under Emily's assurance that they would take every precaution when he started school in August. One month in, I feel duped and I'm suddenly without childcare. This is an excellent school, but I can't recommend them during the pandemic.

They will try to take away time from your lunch and have you do other stuff for the job, as if I'm not here full time already and need my full hour of lunch to relax for me as I should. 6. I was being asked by Jennifer, Where am I going for lunch because I did not want to stay in the building for my lunch. When I am off the clock, That is none of your concern first and foremost. I had asked her where Easter eggs were and that's when she showed me in the shed and started questioning me with abnormal questions where no one else was around and could hear the conversation. If you've never been with a certain age group before, they will throw you in a class by yourself and expect you to know how to do everything, then give you attitude for not knowing and micromanage you for not doing this or that. 8. I unfortunately thought maybe this would've been a good place for myself to work at. Don't be fooled by a smile, it absolutely disgust me with the way these "women" behaved towards me and other employees. When parents are out the building, they are different towards the kids and us employees. The lazy employees/ bossy employees get prioritized, But the hard workers get treated horribly. that's why they can't find assistant teachers to stick around long in classrooms.
