Nice guy, print out tickets worked as advertised

Unfortunately my first review was removed because it "it did not appear to describe a firsthand customer experience." I don't know how much more first hand it gets than talking on the phone and having an email thread 12 emails long. Besides charging $100 for a $10 high school football ticket (which is outrageous), the owner Jacob Ramirez also claims to enjoy marking up Pop Warner prices. It is one thing to mark up for a big time college or pro sports event, or a concert, but for youth football, give me a break. What really turned my off was when he wrote that he gets 40 tickets from a Westlake High School administrator. That is crazy to abuse your high school's fan base through ticket gouging. read more

He's definitely telling the truth when he says he'll "go above and beyond to help no matter what". He's definitely out to run a professional business with his tickets but also out to make sure the customers get what they want. Definitely not one of those ticket-scalping deals that try and stiff you for every last buck. Would definitely buy from him again. read more

Ordered a few tickets online from Today's Tickets for around $75. I get to the show and the box office says the tickets weren't valid and that they have been sold to more than one customer. They told me the tickets were useless. I had to repurchase higher priced tickets from the box office. I contacted Today's Tickets after the show and informed them that the tickets they sold me weren't valid. Their response was that it was my fault. It was my fault because I was supposed to contact them from the box office and inform them that the tickets didn't work. I did send them an email, but did not get a response in time before the start of the show. To this day they refuse to refund my purchase stating that it's my fault for not calling them. I've been to more than a 1000 concerts or shows and have never had a ticket not work. Suddenly this one show, this one time, it's my fault the tickets weren't valid. read more

I bought WWE wrestlemania tickets from Jacob I paid $250 each for 4 of them and the tickets weren't good. I had called Jacob right away and told him I was at the box office letting him know the tickets were fake, he hung up on me and blocked my number. All I wanted was the $1000 I gave Jacob. We showed up at the Kings of Comedy show hoping to get tickets. We saw Today's Tickets right away and approached him to get information on his tickets. He was very friendly, wanted to make the sale, but wasn't pushy. Since we hadn't bought from him before we were a little skeptical. He answered all our questions and gave us all the information we wanted. He walked us to the doors, explained where the seats were and even lowered his price in the process. Jacob has not refund my money for the George Straight concert that happened in Austin, Texas at the Frank Erwin center 40th anniversary. His story of producing my tickets were skeptical and he saw I was not believing his story. He offer to refund money and I questioned him the full amount of $433. He said yes. I told him I wanted my refund he told me it would take up to 5 business days but then says it was going come from a third party call BOA, May 31, 2018 was the last time I heard from him. I have been contacting him and he has not return my messages by phone, text, or facebook, to show me proof the transaction went through. A guy name Matthew Scordelis posted on Jacobs facebook page asking where is his 1,200 for the George Straight tickets and Jacob also told him he was going to get refund his money. Matthew told me I was the third person who reached out to him about this incident. He also told me that Jacob offer him tickets to the George Straight concert in Houston. Funny because Jacob has not offer me anything nor refunded my money. read more

I recently purchased tickets the day before the actual event, Jacob was very helpful and understanding as we were undecided as to how many we needed. The prices were very good for last minute buys. When we got to the event it was better seating than we had thought. We were literally 5 rows up from the floor and could see everything.
