He replaced the sensor and anchored both sides down with sturdy metal brackets, rather than the flimsy plastic ones that had always shifted and knocked things out of alignment. On top of that, he mounted an exterior keypad opener that had come with the garage but was somehow never installed. He was fast, showed up on time, stayed courteous the whole visit, and was clearly well trained at what he does. Everything works exactly as it should now. They've earned all my business going forward, and I'd recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat.
