Other companies wanted to charge a fee just to come talk to me. After a consult he talked to me about the reasons why my old opener could not be saved. It did not come off as a sales pitch as I could tell he was being genuine and up front with me. we discussed my options and agreed on a fair price which worked for both of us. Leo was able to order my new opener on the spot and was back at my house the next day to install. The job took maybe 2 hours start to finish and I am very happy with the install and my new opener.
