They really work hard to get good shots. Ginger is a very shy dog so the first part of our shoot was them just trying to let her open up by playing with her and giving her treats. She definitely opened up after a while that's why she got the oh so beloved tennis ball shot! My husband and I are not the best models either and we wanted to be in the photos. They taught us some poses to look decent in the pictures. They really work with you and your preferences--they make sure you absolutely love the prints and the photos you end up with. We had an incident where one of the prints had smudged ink which was very minimal--, but they went above and beyond to literally drive to our home to switch out the framed prints just to make sure we have them perfect!
