I've had an unfortunate string of bad luck. Within the span of less than a year, I had to file 3 claims; I was rear-ended twice on the freeway and someone backed into my bumper. Having never had to file a claim, the process was foreign to me. I called State Farm and spoke to Sierra Buelna. Sierra eased my fears by being extremely professional and knowledgeable. I recently had a rate increase for more than $50 on my car insurance. I emailed Melissa asking her why the insurance premium went up and I never received a response from her. 5 days went by with no response. I expressed my concern with another representative Angela who advised me she would mention it to her the next time she saw her. I still did not receive a response. I then got a text message from Angela which said Melissa asked me to reach out to you. Melissa refused to follow up with me personally and asked someone else to. This is very poor service from this office. I asked Angela to mention the incident to Todd and I have yet to hear an apology from either Melissa or Todd himself.
