I have had other companies that tooks days (sometimes even weeks). Her turn around time is usually a couple of hours (at most). When a customer required a bid bond with their proposal, Michael Viboch referred me to Michael Smith who went out of his way to rush the request and approval. I needed the paperwork by Monday to submit to my client and I believe I requested the info from him on a Friday. Michael Smith met me at his office on a Saturday with his wife just to get me the documents I needed to submit with my bid.
