Mark of Excellence is Lennox Certified and provides the documentation needed for Lennox to honor their warranty if work is needed. So many service Providers do not have the proper manufacturer certifications needed to keep factory warranties effective. I was away on business, when one of the AC's in the house stopped working. My Guy Cooling responded instantly and Garrett, was able to come out very next day. Arrived on time, met my wife at the house, got to work on diagnostic of the AC. A video was sent to me with the exact problem, thankfully the part was still under warranty. So only had to pay for the labor.
