I contacted hero based on their reviews & I was not disappointed. I was able to schedule an app within the week & Thomas the tech came by & was able to give me an honest opinion on my unit. It was low on coolant & I had a leak up in the attic that thankfully did not travel and damage the house. Since my unit was old they no longer make coolant for it & parts would have been just as much to replace as a brand new unit. So I opted for a new unit, didn't feel any pressure by them & the next day I was happy that they came and installed it in less than 3 hours. We didn't have a licensed person put in our original split a/c and were having coolant issues. :-( He came over to look at our unit, and a couple of days later, came back with his team to repair it. He was upfront about telling us that he couldn't assess any internal damage the last two repair companies might have made to it. But, he did tell us what he would recommend if we ever needed to replace it. Well, it worked super well for about 10 days and then simply died. So we were in touch with him again, got an installation date and time, and his team came over again. These guys really know their stuff! And, they were so professional, courteous, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. They re-routed several things, put a breaker box by the outside unit to make it easier to access (see photo), took away a ton of unnecessary wires, hoses and foam which they consolidated into a very small space in the garage. It was amazing. We couldn't be more pleased with Robert and his company, his employees, and the service we received. You will not be disappointed.

DO NOT HIRE THESE LYING THIEVES! The only reason they have 1 star from me is because there is no…read moreoption for zero stars. Very long story short, we needed 2 heating/AC units replaced. They gave us the lowest quote, and shortly after realized why. Their service was the worst we could have imagined. It took them SIX visits to our home to finally get the units working. My 8-month pregnant wife and I had to call non stop to complain and tell them that the units they installed were not working and tell them that we need these properly installed. They simply never wanted to respond because they didn't care that they put in non-functioning units. We finally had to file a complaint to our credit card company that we paid for units that don't work. Sutton's solution?... they charged us a second time for the units!! Straight up stole from us. When we called them on it, they said to cancel our credit card complaint and they would refund us the second payment. Well, we did, and months went by without a refund. So we called them and they said that this wasn't their responsibility and to take it up with our bank. They NEVER had any intent on refunding the money they stole from us. They are liars and straight up thieves. We are still waiting for our bank to get us our refund from our stolen money, but of course Sutton is blatantly lying to them as well and fighting them every step of the way. To make it worse, their work was just awful and we are still paying another company to fix the terrible install they did. They're prices will seem good to you, but please DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You will regret it. They are terrible at their job, they are liars and are thieves. Not only should they be out of business, but they should all be arrested.

I hired Travis who is the Bambam Handyman to do some work on a rental home. He was easy to…read morecommunicate with which was nice. The initial job was to install new bathroom faucets and conduct some drywall repairs with texture to match. The texture matched better than I could have done, but still was slightly noticeable that it was repaired. He did the jobs as required, but said he did not have any cleaning products so the new faucets were installed over the old calcium mildew gunk. He said he scrapped one that was bad, but did not clean them. To me that is just the normal thing to do is clean off the surface you will be installing a new product on, but I digress as I never requested that specifically to be completed. Travis was then hired for a second job involving sanding, painting, and hanging four interior doors with hinges and hardware & installing and painting a baseboard piece and two corners. First he charged per hour rather than a flat rate. So keep this in mind as if he runs into any delays etc you are writing a blank check. If you use him, be sure to get a firm preferably flat rate quote so you know your out of pocket cost. I had to leave while he was still finishing the last job. I was unable to inspect prior to him leaving. Needless to say i went back later and inspected. I found their to be a few issues that he did not remember to do or did incorrectly. The side of the garage/kitchen door had to be sanded and he said he would paint it, but never did. The baseboard and two corner pieces were installed, but they were left halfway completed. There was no caulk or additional paint added. They were left with big gaps. The interior door handles on a couple doors were installed upside down. Just another oversight on his behalf. He offered to come fix the issues aforementioned, but since this is not his main job and is only a side gig, his schedule is pretty much only open on weekends. When he offered to come by and fix the issues, he ended up not calling to advise he wouldn't make it, but rather sent an email apologizing that he was not going to make it. So all in all he is a nice guy who can do jobs, but I would get specific with everything you want completed in writing for an exact cost ahead of time. Then make sure you are there to inspect and approve of the finished job. Then if any issues are identified, have them fixed immediately as his schedule can be difficult to work with. Average work = 2.5 STAR Rating

He hung it, and explained to us the reason the box came with white gloves, and showed us the process of how the light goes in. Our headboard arrived while he were here and he also made the time to put it on our bed for us without hesitation. He is going to be our go to handyman for everything! Couldn't meet a nice guy! I would recommend Travis to anyone. I have already given his phone number to my parents who need some things done around their house. A year later and Travis answered our call again!
