Though the reviews are minimal, they were pretty detailed and I decided to take the plunge. It wasn't very busy and we were immediately helped by Ethel. Very patient and kind, not pushy in the slightest and knowledgeable. She walked me through the machine that'll take notes of how you put pressure on your feet, and had me run on a treadmill to get a better idea of how my feet land when running. She explained to me what she took notice of and which shoes would be best suited for me and my goals. I tried on three pairs of shoes, and honestly, they were all comfortable. I asked about insoles and she helped me get some as well, but she didn't try to upsell me on those, which I appreciate. She did mention with a purchase of shoes, I could get $5 off a pair of socks, and I'm a sucker for socks, so they got me there haha. So far my shoes are nice. My feet don't seem to ache as bad when I run, but I still need to break them in. I have no complaints at this time, and we'll most surely be back to get my husband a new pair of shoes in the coming months.

Staff were friendly, offering help and assistance, they had the system to monitor your run and pronation to fit you there and had tons of other run accessories and goodies like snacks, socks, clothes and shoes. I especially loved some Brooks special edition Christmas shoes they had. Nice addition to the run spots in the area! Sooo glad packet pick up was local too and I didn't have to drive to Williamsburg for pick up. Woo!!!

This review is strictly just for our experience here Wednesday, December 8, 2021 for our company Christmas party. The facility is beautifully decorated for Christmas which enables us for perfect photo ops. We did not have anyone welcome us nor did we have anyone show us the banquet room but we managed to find our way. The DJ was present. The room was also very well decorated and lit up. The drinks and hors d'oeuvres were displayed. Their bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Their food was good. Their buffet style dinner consisted of salmon, roast beef, asparagus, salad, mashed potatoes and rolls. Nice place. Great location and plenty of parking space.

However, this is more than a retail store! It offers merchandise for every sport, and there was an exercise class in session, along with several sets of parents watching their children climb the rock wall that's conveniently situated in the center of the building. Wow! My first thought was, I need to tell my niece about this rock wall opportunity for her adventurous kids! There's a cost for the climb, but a quick glance at the pricing seemed reasonable.
