The facility is modern, tasteful and comfortable. EVERY member of the staff is kind, welcoming, and gracious. I had an appointment this morning and when the hygienist was walking me back to the room where I was to have my cleaning, I was greeted no fewer than five times, by name, by people on the staff. I felt like a ROCK STAR! I needed to have x-rays updated and the hygienist was very gentle and sensitive to the fact that I have an "over-excited" gag reflex. The cleaning, polishing, and flossing were thorough and pain free. A service that Dr. Fortner offers is a cancer screening of your mouth. As I enjoy an occasional cigar, I always welcome this additional exam. I cannot recommend Dr. Fortner highly enough.
