She has always been incredibly unhelpful and often rude. After being fed up with being overcharged for basic car insurance, I decided to cancel my policy, and she claimed that she wasn't able to cancel it without proof of another insurance coverage. This is not the law, nor is it necessary. So after all my issues with them, I couldn't even cancel my policy through her. I really hope this agent gets better representatives to help at this location. I have specifically left just because of her... I'm happy to not be a customer here anymore.
