We have used Todd's for many years and will continue to do so. We have never had any issues with the services. Communication is always prompt and professional. They were even nice when I completely forgot to send payment. We have been a loyal customer for some time but recently their crew has left a mess in our yard on 2 consecutive visits. Its a shame but we are changing to a new company. They did not seem to care or want to educate their crew on quality. They have been great but recently don't want to address our complaints in a customer friendly manner. Todd's does a good job mowing the lawn. They do no do weeds. I have a virtual forest of weeds growing in my driveway and patio. I was told weeds are not part of lawn service. I have never had a lawn service that did not edge and trim the weeds. They basically hit the lawn with a riding mower and leave. I asked to have a large pile of mulch removed from my driveway. They did a good job where they did put mulch. They only did the 50% of the back of the house. They left with a truck load of mulch still on the driveway. The crew chief said he knocked on the door. I do not believe this. I was home with a guest. We did not hear the doorbell, or any knocking. I spoke with them when they started, so they certainly knew that I was home. I emailed them that they the crew just left. I stated what was in the previous paragraph and received this response: "I really feel that from the tone of your emails that it is probably best to part company. I will credit the mulch work that was done this weekend and take you off the schedule. Katie" The following is my response: "That is probably a good idea. After paying $250, I should not be spraying weeds to kill them in the driveway or patio. I have never had a lawn service that did not edge or run a weed wacker." read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Todd's lawn care. Todd is a gentleman and knows his business. He will steer you right, as if it were his own lawn he was dealing with! His wife and partner, Katie is quick on the books, is great with communication, and is a delight to work with! Their crew is well oiled and gets the job done RIGHT! ... I have been using Todd's Lawn Service for my yard maintenance for the last five years-and will be using them again this year. They are very quick and efficient and have my yard looking good in no time. I have also used Todd's for fence repair, and had them do a few stonework projects. Everything turned out just the way I imagined it. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Katie is great at keeping you informed on weather problems, and letting you know when there is a delay-and then get to you as soon as possible. I am a Realtor and I sometimes work with clients who don't live in the area. Finding yard care service when you don't live in the area can sometimes be a challenge as many lawncare companies don't accept credit card payments over the phone. Todd's Lawncare is great! They have been servicing one of my out of town clients for a couple of months and they come out to get the job done right.
